Pros:

It was really nice stay however few things change like breakfast since I was there last.
It is not as grate as last time!

Cons:

A really lovely place, and I would be happy to return in the future. However, I was a little disappointed by a few things compared to previous visits.
Coffee is now an additional charge at breakfast, there seemed to be fewer options available than before, and unfortunately the steam room was not working during my visit. I also noticed that there were quite a lot of children in the spa area, which made it feel less relaxing than expected.
I love dogs and have no issue with them being allowed in the restaurant area. However, I did notice some owners allowing their dogs to jump onto seats and put their paws on tables, which I don't feel is appropriate in a dining environment.
Overall, I still had a great experience, but these points did detract slightly from what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Fantastic, AmIr is brilliant.
Pros:

What isn’t to like? From the moment you arrive it’s pure 5* service. From the valet parking, bag collection and check in service. The staff cannot do enough for you. Every member of staff has a smile on their face. We were celebrating our anniversary and that included a free room upgrade, free champagne on the terrace and free cake in the room too.

Amir went above and beyond serving us for dinner on the terrace. His smile is contagious and he bends over backwards for you. His knowledge of the menu was second to none. We asked for a photo and it turned into a photoshoot which we loved.

Terrace also has live music.

The spa facilities again fantastic and children are allowed 4-6pm 7-9am

Wonderful experience, will do it again.
Pros:

Great location (20 min from Heathrow), the hotel is extremely super clean, the staff are very kind, helpful,welcoming, smiling all the time.
breakfast buffet was excellent, even the staff and chefs at breakfast was very welcoming and make you feel like home (Kalin), the 1215 bar is amazing, food was great, and staff as well (Hamza).

Cons:

The Italian restaurant is a bit limited in menu, almost no people there in the restaurant, although the staff there were very helpful and welcoming.

EXCELLENT
Pros:

We have just came back from the Fairmont hotel after spending a night there with our 3 granddaughter's and we cant say a big enough thank you. It was the girls first time there and every member of staff made them feel so welcome, from the guys at the front taking our case out of the car to the cleaners we passed in the corridor's. Every member of staff is a credit to the hotel, the hotel is really nice but it was the staff that made extra special. Such little things like taking to the girls and having a laugh with them made it really worth the money. The girls were amazed when we came back to the room and turn down service had been in and put their teddies in bed and slippers at bed side ready for them. The gift of the teddies was a really nice touch as well delivered to their room after we had checked in. Even the woman who was signing in the bar had a chat with the girls. The evening meal and breakfast were really good could not find any problems at all. Booked swimming and didn't have any issues with it girls had a great time. Im sorry i cant remember any staff name because every member of staff we talked to were excellent and we spoke to a lot of staff! We asked for a late check out so we could do the wellness walk on Sunday morning and they said not a problem so we had a lovely walk with the girls before checkout. At check out there was staff on that weren't there on the Saturday but talked to the girls like they were best friends. The girls are already asking when can they go back! Thanks once again to every member of staff im sure the girls will get their way and i will be taking them back again!
