Pros:

The room was beautifully decorated, bed was really comfy. 2 chairs and a table in the room so we could both sit down and enjoy a drink before heading out. There's a spacious shower. Everything in the room you would need, as well as a fan which was needed as we were in the middle of a heatwave.

Cons:

There was noise from the busy main road along the side of the hotel, but we were in a room along that side of the hotel.

Decor was nice. Singer was nice. Free parking. Lounge was nice. Shower was nice. Room was nice. Had an iron, hair dryer, plenty of cushions. 2 chair and desk.

Cons:

I was to be charged for late check out. The toilet we had was in a corner, because we were a corner room- and it was difficult to have feet on the ground for leverage. It was on a main road so it could be noisy.

Glad it was for only one-night
Pros:

Breakfast room is bright and airy. Staff are nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was "institutional" quality. Mass produced of basic quality and presentation. Hot plates wee over-cooked and left sitting out too long. Cereal choice was "packaged", fresh fruit selection was very limited and coffee was just passable.

Guest bathrooms present as rarely checked for cleanliness and hygiene checks. Both cubicles in the gents foyer were very dirty. Very poor.

De lujo.
Pros:

Hotel que parecía de lujo a 2kms de Derry, pura tranquilidad. Amplia recepción, bar tranquilo y comida excelente. Trato agradable por parte de los empleados. En cuanto a la habitación, amplia y limpia. Parking gratuito en las instalaciones.

Cons:

Que tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo para entrar en la habitación. Es cierto que la hora de entrada eran las 15h, pero nos hicieron esperar mucho tiempo y estaba siendo un dia muy agotador.

Great location and excellent value - lovely clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Staff very friendly. On site parking and close to the centre of Derry.

Pros:

I loved the breakfast, the friendly staff, the very comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons:

I dident like the noise and from the main road. Our room was very warm and there was no fan so we had to open the windows.
I couldn't sleep because of the tragic noise all night.

Non si possono offrire camere del genere!
Cons:

Camera sporca, evidentemente non pulita da tempo. Il bagno, piccolo e vecchio, era sporchissimo, con evidenti tracce di escrementi non solo nel water, ma tutto intorno e sulla porta. Situazione imbarazzante che è stata apparentemente risolta con un loro “sorry”, come se fosse normale. Colazione minimalista e inadeguata al costo.

The bar was comfy and good atmosphere and the older bar man very nice and professional and looked after us well

Breakfast terrible food left in hot plates to long and had to ask for fresh items staff didn't seem to check food items regular enough
