De va smutsiga rum, väldigt lyhört, litet urval på frukosten. Man kände sig inte ren efter duschen. Va ett smutsigt hotell fick byta rum men kändes inte okej där heller så tråkigt och betala för det.

Nous avons reçu une chambre à la cave sans réseaux internet et wifi sur une court sale . Il y avait de l’humidité. Donnez une chambre à la cave c’est inadmissible encore plus pour un 4 étoiles. Après avoir été réclamé car il fesait froid aussi le lendemain ont nous a changé de chambre au 4emes étages.

At the time of booking i couldnt include breakfast. I dont know if that was my fault but I generally select places with breakfast included or dont know is that the hotel or booking.com. We bought breakfast here in the hotel which is fine and food was great but would have liked to select a place where breakfast is included

The room was pretty small, but still ok. The bed was very small and could barely fit 2 people. It seemed like a very old room, since the wallpaper was already starting to fall off the wall.
The breakfast could use more options, the restaurant was very small which caused queues to get to breakfast.

Små rom men som forventet

Unfortunately, the biggest issue was how freezing cold the room was throughout our stay. We spent a long time trying to adjust the air conditioning from the room controls, only to later discover that reception controlled it remotely, which was never explained to us. Because of this, we were extremely uncomfortable during both nights and even ended up feeling unwell from the cold.

Another disappointing part of the stay was the housekeeping service. Our room was not cleaned during the stay and we had to request fresh towels ourselves. By the second and third day the room had become untidy and it negatively affected the overall experience. We also found one of the reception staff came across as quite harsh and unfriendly on arrival which did not create the best first impression.

Personalet var veldig stresset da vi ankom. Vi fikk tildelt et rom hvor det allerede lå noen og sov! Rommene lå i kjelleren hvor det var trange ganger og luktet kjeller.
Sluket i dusjen var tett. Dette ble ordnet da vi sa fra.
Varmekablene på badet virket ikke. Da vi prøvde å sette de på røk sikringen.
Spisesalen var veldig trang. Det ble oppdaget maur på maten.

The main reason I booked this hotel was that the triple suite showed three proper beds, not a fold-out temporary bed as the third bed option. You can understand my disappointment when we arrived at our room to find a fold-out third bed.
We were travelling with our son who is 21 years old and 6 feet 2 inches. A fold-out bed will not be sufficient. Upon complaining at reception, they gave us the option to change rooms, and this was closer to the room they advertised.

Rooms were very hot with limited access to controlling heat and opening windows. The bed and pillows are very old and very uncomfortable.

Our hotel was changed an hour before we were due to arrive due to emergency maintenance. The alternative accommodation was further away from the restaurant we had booked and the station. the reservations department told us a taxi would be provided to the station - reception refused to provide us with a taxi. We spent nearly £50 extra on transport. We were also told by reservations that our room would be upgraded - we were put in a room in the basement.

The rooms are very small. The first room we got was so narrow that the two of us couldn't change clothes at the same time. The bathroom was also very narrow. In the first room, the water pressure in the shower was so low that the water only trickled a little. In addition, it was difficult to find the room and there was no elevator. The corridors are also very narrow. The second room we changed to was in a better location and a little bigger.
The double bed was barely 120cm wide. It was very difficult to fit two people in it (especially if the companion is not your spouse).
On the last morning, it was not possible to go to breakfast because the queue was very long.
Overall, there was no experience that would make me want to choose this hotel again.

The staff was very helpful and courteous.
