Great location but that’s the only good thing about this hotel
Pros:

The location of the property for Hyde park was great and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The property is anything but Grand! The service and check in process is terrible. The staff were rude but they weren’t welcoming, for what your paying the room is very poor

Room was very small, bed was pushed up against wall so if one of you wanted out the other had to get out first. Shower was rubbish, absolutely no pressure. Plus the shower tray had 2 cracks in it. I’ve stayed in other Mountcalm hotels and this one was very disappointing.

Pros:

Hyvällä paikalla, lähellä Paddingtonin asemaa mutta nurkan takana levottomuudesta. Suomen tasolla ehkä 3 tähden hotelli, ihan ok parin päivän yöpymiset. Respa mukava.

Cons:

Ilmastointi ei toiminut, aamupala aliarvoinen ja aamupalan henkilökunta myös kyyläsi jatkuvasti.

They advertised gluten free breakfast available, I contacted them directly to confirm requesting the options available, which tgey listed off so I paid for the breakfast ,yet there was no option but all cross contaminated, I have requested s refund on this yet everyone is ignoring this...

I was extremely polite about it all yet it all been ignored...

Yet I witnessed when there another guest shouting and demanding and he got better treatment...

Adequate for a short sharp overnight trip in Da Big Smoke.
Pros:

Excellent location and reasonably priced. Popular with tourists but comfortable enough for my one night stay in London.
My 4th floor room was adequately sized with everything you'd expect such as mini-fridge, ironing table, iron, hair dryer and toiletries. Unfortunately the USB socket was damaged, shame as it's the only one in the room (ideally should have more available). Thankfully, one of the very helpful staff members let me charge my battery pack at the reception desk.

Cons:

I wasn't very impressed with the quality of breakfast. Not as wide a range of choice I would expect for the price, unless you like a typical cooked breakfast incorporating animal flesh. The scrambled eggs looked like they'd been butchered. Porridge was ok but no dried fruit such as cranberries or raisins. I like cranberries. And raisins. And peanut butter. But they had no peanut butter.

- Qualité de la literie et des oreillers.
- Présence d’un réfrigérateur dans la chambre, d’une climatisation, d’un fer à repasser … le top !
- Personnel adorable, souriant, aimable.

Cons:

- Petit-déjeuner classique, il ne se démarque pas des bars / brasseries qui en proposent à proximité pour à peine 8£.
