L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche du centre d’Heraklion et à 12mns de l’aéroport.
Notre chambre était propre, relativement grande, bien équipé.
Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner.
Équipe plutôt agréable dans l’ensemble.
La rue derrière l’hôtel est un peu bruyante le soir mais sans plus.
La salle du petit déjeuner est très impersonnelle.

The rooftop pool, bar and staff and location exceptional.
Room wasn't great in terms of aspect.
Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hyvä. Sängyt olivat mukavat. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällinen. Kattoterassilla oli kuuminakin päivinä miellyttävä olla varjon alla, kun siellä kävi aina vähän tuuli. Hotellin sijainti oli loistava, lähellä kaikkea.
Huoneen ilmastointi oli alkuun hieman haastava saada päälle.
