Classic hotel in the center of Heraklion
Pros:

The expansive view from the room over Independence square up to the mountains and the sea was exhilerating.
The staff was very helpful and the breakfast had great variety. THe lunch at the restaurant was good and the space was pleasant opening to charming street. The location is very convenient

A pleasant stay and value for money.
Pros:

Location is very good as everything in Heraklion was walkable. Breakfast was very good with mix of cold and hot food.
Overall it was a pleasant stay and is recommended.

Cons:

They provided two water bottle only first day rest of the days and had no other drinking water facility. And swimming pool is on terrace and time is limited between 10 - 6pm.
And Nearest beach is 15 min drive or more than one hour walk.

Άνετη διαμονή με πολύ καλό πρωινό και άριστη εξυπηρέτηση.
Pros:

Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό, με μεγάλη ποικιλία και επιλογές για όλα τα γούστα. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετική, ακριβώς στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε αξιοθέατα, καταστήματα και εστιατόρια. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά.

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μας δυσαρέστησε. Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Όλα μια χαρά ήτανε. Και τα δωμάτια και η τοποθεσία και το πρωϊνό. Άψογα!

Wie gewohnt, alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit
Pros:

Wie immer ein freundliche Empfang, die Lage am Rand der Fußgängerzone für mich optimal, Das Zimmer ist für 2-3 Tage absolut ausreichend. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut! Dazu der Dachpool um am Nachmittag nochmal abzukühlen.
Ein Zimmer Update und Late Check out war gegen Zuschlag möglich.

박물관도 3분 거리에있고 주변에쇼핑거리 식당가가 있다

Het ontbijt was zeer gevarieerd: van full English breakfast tot Griekse specialiteiten. De kamer was mooi en het personeel zeer vriendelijk.

Le petit déjeuné n’était pas super et très décevant.. la chambre était bien mais la literie un peu dure et surtout une grosse lampe issue de secours en plein milieu qui s’allumait vert toute la nuit nous empêchant de dormir correctement.

Pros:

The location was central to the main shopping area which my daughter enjoyed. It’s a very busy area, just outside was a paper water snack shop and a main bus stop. The hotel can call a taxi and they arrive really quickly. It was 13 euros to the Palace of Knossos and a taxi from the palace was 15 euros back. There were restaurants in the area. Breakfast was excellent and all staff very good and helpful.
