Pros:

Locatie is helemaal top, je loopt zo ocean drive en het strand op. Om de hoek primanontbijt met 20% korting vanuit het hotel. Personeel bijzonder vriendelijk. Ze hebben heerlijke cocktail en tijdens happy hour redelijk betaalbaar

Cons:

Bedden klein en niet echt comfortabel. Uitzicht op airco daken. Douche duurde een eeuwigheid voor deze warm werd en schommelde steeds in temperatuur. Zwembad is echt super klein. Op de foto lijkt deze veel groter.

Cons:

The room was not well maintained, bathroom configuration was odd. No coffee in the morning. The restaurant didn't open per the stated opening time (more than one hour late). Just overall, very disappointing.

Grande déception

Idéalement situé à south beach près des activités de océan drive.
La piscine en roof top avec petite vue mer.

Cons:

La chambre vaut à peine 2 étoiles. Chambre « deluxe » familiale située derrière la porte de sortie dans l’escalier , ce qui genre un bruit à chaque ouverture ( !?). 2 stores ne fermaient pas dans la chambre, on m’a donc donné des draps pour masquer la lumière extérieure. La cuvette des toilettes était mal fixée et nous déséquilibrait au moindre mouvement. Le carrelage de sol de la salle de bain était cassé au sol. 1 seul échantillon de gel douche dans une chambre de 4. Pour finir un papier sous le lit ( visible en étant debout ). Ça fait trop pour un hôtel 4 étoiles à 480 euros la nuit.

Nós amamos toda a acomodação, o quarto era incrível! A piscina e o rooftop tudo limpo e organizado e além de lindo.
Hotel calmo, organizado e charmoso. Localização ótima e funcionários educados!

Gute Lage und ein geräumiges Zimmer.
Pros:

Die Lage zum Strand bzw. innerhalb von South Beach war wirklich gut. Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Concierge hat mit den Koffern geholfen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück konnte man draußen nicht genießen, da die Musik viel zu laut war und zudem war es Partymusik. Auf die Bitte, die Musik zumindest leise zu stellen, wurde nur barsch erwidert, das sei hier so. Außerdem gab es nur einen Aufzug für Bedienstete und Gäste, sodass es beim Auschecken zum Engpass kam am Aufzug. Das angebotene Parken für 28 Dollar am Tag ist überteuert. Einchecken war erst um 16 Uhr möglich.
