The staff where amazing.
I requested a crib and did not recieve it even though it was confirmed through my booking. By the time we arrived home our toddler was asleep so we did not want to interrupt her with noises so we slept uncomfortably on the edge of the bed worried we would roll on her. We where hoping to get a comfortable good night sleep

This is just a really friendly spot. While it's dated, it is clean and there have been updates in recent months. If you go in the summer, you get to use their excellent pool -- such a relief from the DC sun. Bonus: there are capital bikes right across the street. And the hotel is within walking distance of almost everything.

This hotel was in a convenient location and had amenities such as a gym and an outdoor swimming pool. The staff were helpful, especially the bellmen who stored my luggage for me and got me a taxi to avoid paying Uber surge prices.
For some reason my room had an overwhelming cinnamon smell. It wasn't a bad smell, but it was way too much. I haven't seen this on other reviews so maybe it was just my room? I wish I had asked to change rooms as it was so strong that when I got home I could smell it on all of my clothes and my suitcase.
A great mid-range hotel; it has everything you need, and nothing you don't. The rooms may be a little dated, sure, but they're spacious and clean. I was fourth floor, poolside balcony, but it's very quiet. Everything I had to do was within walking distance, so this is my go-to in DC.
The workers were always present and pleasant
It was farther from what we went to DC for. But it was not a deal breaker. I would stay again
The room is quite spacious, though it may not be as "super spacious" as expected. The attached parking facility, with direct access to the hotel without needing to exit the building, is a great added convenience and provides excellent value for us.

What a fabulous stay! Asia, Jamaal and Treasure specifically went out of their way to make the stay so comfortable and convenient! They helped us claim check our luggage after checkout so we could still spend one last day out without our bags and that made a huge difference! Thank you so much!
