We love the property and we’ll be back!
Pros:

Exceptional staff all around, excellent location and a wonderful pool.

Cons:

I’ve been staying at Washington Plaza for years and I honestly have no complaints. My biggest critique is I’d prefer it if housekeeping came earlier in the day, but that’s not a big deal.

Hospitality Matters
Pros:

Checked in for a weekend business obligation, and was pleasantly surprised as a first time visitor. The check-in process was seamless, Asia was attentive to timing and obligations, professional and informative, in addition to helping me navigate unanticipated needs. The room was clean, housekeeping was attentive to my feedback, and I was able to sleep well. Although I didn’t visit the pool, many guests appeared to really enjoy it. Asia was attentive checkout, remembered my name and was the epitome of hospitality. Job well done. The restaurant struggled with gnats in the dining area, which led to alternative choices for my stay.
