The location was great and the gym facilities were nicer

The room was a bit dirty I asked for an exchange of room but that didn’t happen I was fine though

Magnificent Aromatic scented hotel ❤️
Pros:

The decor of the lobby was inviting and appealing. Extremely comfortable and clean hotel. The aroma walking around the hotel was fabulous and calming. Staff magnificent.

Cons:

Room could have been wider due to myself using 🩼 crutch to walk around.

We’ve tried others, but once you’ve experienced St Martins Lane, you’ll always come back

We’ve stayed at St Martins Lane many times over the years, and there’s a reason we keep coming back. The location is simply unmatched, right in the heart of Covent Garden, with theatres, restaurants, bars and so many of London’s best attractions all within easy walking distance.

What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the people. Every member of staff is genuinely warm, welcoming and professional, and nothing is ever too much trouble. From check-in to check-out, we’re always made to feel valued, and it’s that consistently excellent service that makes each stay so enjoyable.

The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable and always feels like a treat, but it’s the combination of the unbeatable location and outstanding hospitality that keeps us returning time after time. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend St Martins Lane to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in London, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Modern comfortable hotel with located in the heart of the West End.
Pros:

Amazing location at the heart of theatreland and the West End. Everything is walking distance away. The rooms were also clean, modern, and the air conditioning works very well - we were comfortable even during the hot weather outside.

Cons:

The standard room is quite small, but is as described when booked. For American travellers - note that British bed sizes are far smaller than American ones.
