Excellent location, lovely breakfast and for London a nice sized room. Staff are delightful
The location was perfect. Its very close to all the main attractions. The staff were were helpful.
Centrally located in the theater district. Near all the good restaurants, landmarks, and of course, West End. Our room spacious room (double double 2 queen beds) was perfect for our family of four. Friendly and helpful staff.
Hallways were dark. But no one really spends time in the hallways, so not an issue at all.

Did mention this to reception staff on checking out but seemed non plussed and gave no certainty that issues would be resolved in future!

When we arrived the receptionist said you stayed in a superior room last time but then said we don’t have any available. The room was adjoining with a family with small noisy children where it was just myself and my partner away for a nice relaxing few days with an event to attend. For the price it was very basic with one small chair to sit on. The sink in the bathroom was leaking all in all had stayed here quite a few times so this time was disappointing. We emailed the manager who then upgraded us to what was supposed to be a Superior room but was actually smaller than the standard room. They did send a bottle of champagne and cake to apologise. Also through yourself we added breakfast but when we went to breakfast we’re told we needed to pay an extra £10 if we wanted omelette or French toast etc there was no English breakfast. The reason the smile face is the location is excellent.
The receptionist, the room, the facilities in the room, the breakfast (which is usually very good). They also took £100 per night from my credit card to cover WHAT. When they upgraded us the room was smaller than the Standard room. Very disappointed after we have stayed many times and really enjoyed as the service, room everything was excellent I even put a review on in November 24 saying how first class it was.
Location is everything. Rooms are spacious and the floor to ceiling windows are magnificent. Nothing too much trouble for friendly and kind staff. Stayed here with our 3 kids and it was awesome. Breakfast buffet SO GOOD. Highly recommend!
We upgraded to a garden room. The room itself was beautiful, the terrace garden was really cosy with the lanterns lit, breakfast was really high quality. Can’t fault anything really. We loved it.
Bigger selection of tea bags and coffee pods in the room - this is literally a minor quibble and the only negative I can think of.
