Fabulous place in great location
Pros:

Perfect location for theater, and a few important museums. I will stay there again.

Pros:

The Garden room was excellent , with its own courtyard. The evening turndown service was nice particularly as the lanterns in the courtyard were lit
. The bedroom and bathroom were fantastic.
The welcome gift of macaroons was a lovely touch.
The location of the hotel was outstanding. It's close to theatres, restaurants,, shops and excellent for sightseeing. Very close too Covent garden.
Enjoyed the blind spot bar, good cocktails

Cons:

Didn't like the rotating front door, it was too slow .

The breakfast was good but could be improved by having another toaster, seeds and nuts to sprinkle , and possibly a fruit salad.

An excellent hotel with an outstanding location, thoughtful service and a very enjoyable stay
Pros:

The location is exceptional and one of the hotel's biggest strengths. It made exploring London incredibly convenient, with many major attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the birthday surprise for my wife, including champagne, dessert and a handwritten card, was a lovely touch. We also appreciated the excellent bathroom, generous amenities, comfortable bed and the thoughtful room design, with plenty of hooks and space to hang clothes and personal items.

Cons:

The room felt a bit smaller than expected. While the breakfast was good, I would have appreciated having made-to-order options included alongside the buffet. I also generally prefer hotel rooms without carpet, as hard flooring gives me a greater sense of cleanliness.

Glorious design and decor with style in every corner.
