Good location not worthing the money.
Pros:

Good location to walk around the town, most staff are friendly.

Cons:

My room has a small corner window so the room was very dark, the carpet is dirty and the room smells very bad, the bed is not comfortable . One older lady at front desk was very rude when approached for questions.

Pleasant stay in a beautiful town

Pros:

Convenient location and spacious room. The toilette provided in particular shampoo and conditioners and liquid soaps are wonderful.

Cons:

The sofa and chairs have some visible stains, but the beddings are very clean.

Bad and run down rooms
Pros:

We paid almost 700 CAD on weekday for one night. The lobby is pretty nice. The attached coffee shop is great. Front staff is helpful. You are in the heart of downtown Banff. The downside the room itself. The room looks really bad and run down, especially bathroom, it has broken door, mold on shower trims and rust and peeling paint. Pictures attached. I understand it's Banff, but I think for 700 CAD you should have better accommodation. I do not recommend staying there.

Pros:

IGAやメインストリートの入り口中にあり、様々なショップやレストランへのアクセスに便利で、ホテル内のレストランやコーヒーショップもあり、治安も良く夜騒がしくもなく安心してゆっくり滞在できました。

Cons:

1日中ツアーをして帰宅するため、また息子との宿泊のため、ホテル内のサウナは一緒に利用できないので、室内バスタブがあるという点で宿泊を決めたのだけれど、実際の部屋はメゾネットタイプですてきでしたが、シャワーのみで残念でした。
