Pros:

Everything was okay once we eventually check in, staff went above and beyond, brekky simple, but good choice, was a bit concerned to be on top floor cos of my disability, but everything went well. The hotel was a good central location

Nous avons occupé une chambre accessible, mais tout n’était pas bien conçu. Mon compagnon ne pouvait pas accéder au lavabo de la salle de bain avec sa chaise roulante. Il aurait fallu mettre une porte coulissante pour la salle de bain.

Cons:

Purtroppo deludente la colazione, non tanto per la qualità del cibo, ma per il sevizio offerto: una sola persona, non particolarmente abile a fare il proprio lavoro, con coda formatasi ed errori nelle ordinazioni. Molto migliorabile

La stanza era spaziosa e pulita e aveva tutto ciò che serviva. Il personale del check-in gentile, ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli

La colazione. Era prevista da prenotazione ma in realtà si poteva scegliere solo un "item", e la scelta era molto limitata, se il cliente vuole fare una classica colazione dolce. Inoltre, il personale che ci ha servito la colazione non è si posto in maniera gentile e sebbene abbiamo fatto le richieste in inglese (magari imperfetto), non è stato affatto disponibile a venirci incontro o a spiegarci come funzionava. Preferivo che non fosse prevista la colazione per organizzarmi diversamente, ha rovinato il soggiorno

RATS, BIG FAT RATS right next door , just hanging out on the sidewalk in plain sight! I know it is a different building , but made it uncomfortable to even walk by literarily steps away , huge den holes in the sidewalk with traps ... lots of them

Had a lovely stay would definitely use this hotel again.
Pros:

The breakfast was basic but always hot and tasty. The location is great for getting around and in a nice quiet neighbourhood.

Nothing for the money it was great.

Le camere non erano insonorizzate per cui si sentiva qualsiasi rumore, compreso il motore dell’ascensore.

Freundliches Personal und tolles Zimmer
Pros:

Mir hat das Zimmer im allgemeinen sehr gut gefallen. Grosses Bett, gute Dusche.

Auch die Lage war recht gut ich musste nicht lange zur Metro laufen.

Cons:

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war dass ich kein Schrank in meinem Zimmer hatte. Mein Aufenthalt betrug 10 Tage und ich hatte keinen Ort, wo ich meine Kleidung verstauen konnte ausser meinem Koffer.
