Lovely clean and friendly hotel, in a quiet location
Pros:

The hotel was lovely. It was very clean and the bedroom was immaculate. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and afternoon tea is provided between 5 - 9pm, which was a thoughtful touch.
We also liked the location as it was quiet but was still an easy walk to the more touristy areas. The ‘blue’ metro line was also just around the corner!! We would definitely go back there again.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Everything was good.

Fantastic
Pros:

What an amazing hotel! Couldn't have been happier during my stay at the Hotel Britania. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and laid out beautifully every morning, and the afternoon tea each day was a welcome break at the end of a busy day exploring Lisbon. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

Good place to stay, good restaurants nearby,
Pros:

Good breakfast, afternoon tea and cake available, also I believe drinks at the bar. Staff very helpful, polite and friendly. Room large and well-appointed.

Cons:

Can't really find fault. Long-ish walk down to city centre and back on cobbled hills, but near to bus route and metro.

Pros:

Hôtel de qualité, très confortable et joliment décoré style art déco. Très bien situé dans Lisbonne, tout près de la grande Avenida da Liberdade. Le gros plus : la gentillesse, l'accueil et la disponibilité de tout le personnel présent !

Unerwartet beeindruckende Tage in diesem Hotel
Pros:

Waren begeistert von der heimeligen Ausstattung des Zimmers. Frühstück excellent incl. Sekt und Lachsröllchen nebst frischem Obst. Hervorragender Service der beiden Damen im Frühstücksraum. Stets saubere Tischdecken. Typisch britisch.

Cons:

Es hat uns alles ausnahmslos gefallen, es gibt nichts, aber auch gar nichts zu kritisieren. Personal am Empfang stets hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt. Man zeigte uns den historischen Barbierraum , der sehenswert war. Die Bilder an den Wänden hoch interessant. Das Interieur eben Art Decor. britisch- bravo

Hotel Britania is our favorite place to stay in Portugal. It beautifully captures the atmosphere of the glorious early 20th century while offering modern comfort, it has a very interesting history and design, so beautiful.

The stay was very quiet and relaxing - mind that this is an adult only Hotel so no kids running around in the breakfast room :)

The Room was big (it's like a small apartment), comfy with huge beds and a great AC (a must in Lisbon summer), designed in a very classy, old-school manner.
The staff is amazing, friendly and highly attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic breakfasts and the lovely daily complimentary tea time. Set in a classy, safe, and less crowded luxury neighborhood.

This place is a must.. so happy I found it.
