If the front desk didn't help us, the cruise would've been horrible, but I would say "the she saved the day

Really good location really really good Staff very helpful... helped resolve missing luggage at the airport problem.

Cons:

Нам дали номер с дверью в соседний номер. Вначале оттуда несло куревом, так как как постоялец курил, всю ночь и утро воняло сигаретным дымом. На следующие две ночи соседи приходили в 11-12 ночи и громко звонили по телефону. После двух раз обращений на ресепшен, нам на последние две ночи поменяли номер, но первые то ночи были испорчены.

Arrêt pratique et agréable à Barcelone pour 1 nuit
Pros:

L emplacement, la qualité du petit déjeuner, la propreté de l établissement. Le petit roof top est un plus

Cons:

Juste deux petites critiques :
- chambres pas prêtes à notre arrivée à 15h… vu le trajet que nous avions effectué, la chaleur ,… notre rdv professionnel à 16h… on aurait voulu profiter une petite demi heure pour se doucher et changer . Mais on a dû retourner après notre rdv professionnel… pas évident
- le petit déjeuner est très très bon , le personnel très serviable … mais l insonorisation est pas top . Cela raisonnait de partout . Peut être aller déjeuner avant 10h… c est plus calme je pense
