Hotel for short stay in the center only
Pros:

Hotel is in the center if you need be there during day time. Is good standard hotel.

Cons:

Hotel is in the center of city only for people who come there for work somwhere in the ceter or if want to visit only day time city. In the night center area is extreme danger, with lot of homeless people on the street. Just cant go walk evening or nioght there in the center.

Pros:

Quarto limpo, com uma cama excelente. A localidade para quem busca estar no centro do RJ é perfeita. Perto do metrô da uruguaiana e perto de VLT também. Muito perdo do museu do amanhâ e outras localidades turísticas do centro do RJ.

Cons:

É necessário ter cuidado ao sair a noite E ISSO NÃO É CULPA DO HOTEL, Digo isso por trabalhar perto e estar acostumado ao dia a dia da avenida. A presidente vargas fica com bastante moradores de rua nos entornos. Não aconselho a sair a noite a pé.
O que acho que podia melhorar é a questão do estacionamento. Eu estava no trabalho e minha namorada foi antes de mim. Não achou nenhuma sinalização sobre o estacionamento do hotel e deu sorte que um funcionário estava saindo para ajudar outro hóspede e pediu ajuda a ele, pois não tinha ningúem na porta para pedir informação. E como se trata de uma das principais avenidas do centro do RJ, é dificil parar o carro para poder sair e ir pedir informação. O Estacionamento custa R$ 40,00 a diária, acho caro, mas acompanha o valor de outros locais que já fiquei.

Cons:

Alguns funcionários poderiam ser mais educados (alguns sequer respondem a um "bom dia", embora outros sejam bastante simpáticos). O café da manhã não é tão bom como em outros hotéis Windsor.

A camareira q limpava meu quarto era um doce, simpática e extremamente profissional.

Cons:

Recepção, e as pessoas q ficavam na porta, n sei se eram concierge, porteiros , segurança , mas não eram amigáveis. Eu me sentia na obrigação de passar com cabeça baixa por n sentir intimidado , e um pouco desconfortável. Não sei se é pelo fato de eu estar vestido casualmente, mas um pré julgamento se baseando pelas roupas ?! Foi o que eu senti . Trabalho com hotelaria , sou formado e trabalho numa grande empresa de entretenimento em Orlando. Onde sou extremamente cobrado para q os guests n se sintam assim ! Mas enfim , no mais as instalações são boas demais ! E a localização valeu pra mim .

Pros:

Café da manhã completo em sala ampla, reposição rápida. Embora tivesse ovos mexidos no buffet, pode ser solicitado ovo frito ou omelete. Variedade em pães e bolos. A textura dos bolos perfeita! Sucos naturais.

Cons:

Faltou uma máquina de café.

Localização estratégica que facilita ir e voltar de vários lugares. O quarto é bem espaçoso, com bastante superfície para acomodar nossos pertences.

Cons:

Por conta da região, infelizmente ao lado do hotel cruzamos com muitos moradores de rua, ambulantes. O café da manhã acaba ficando bastante lotado e a qualidade da comida deixa a desejar. A academia do hotel tem esteiras novas mas os equipamentos de musculação são muito antigos, quase inutilizáveis. Fiz meu treino apenas com halteres e mesmo assim ficou bastante limitado pela pouca variedade de halteres.

Cons:

La ubicacion no es muy buena. Mucha gente en viviendo en la calle literalmente a pasos del hotel.
Lo otro personal de aseo conversaba muy fuerte en el pasillo.

Motivo da escolha. O hotel é muito bom, a equipe muito educada e solicita. O café da manhã é excelente. Fica próximo da Candelária e o entorno tem os problemas comuns dos centros de grandes cidades, mas o hotel é seguro e confortável. Chegue antes do horário de check in e eles guardaram minha bagagem. Estadia sem nenhum percalço.

Cons:

O horário de check-in poderia ser um pouco mais cedo. Apesar de padrão para alguns hotéis 15:00h
