Un 3 stelle plus venduto al prezzo di un 5 stelle: gestione avida, scarsa igiene del letto e totale mancanza di attenzio
Pros:

Dimensioni della camera: Molto ampia, anche se in Colombia è uno standard facile da trovare in strutture più modeste.
Personale: Tutti i lavoratori sono stati estremamente gentili ed educati (al momento della partenza, ad esempio, il facchino ci ha accompagnato con le valigie fino al taxi).
Servizi minori: Le saune funzionano bene e, a colazione, c'è un buon servizio espresso per la cottura delle uova su richiesta.

Cons:

Igiene inaccettabile del letto: A contatto diretto con la biancheria pulita per dormire, hanno posizionato i classici cuscini in velluto d'arredamento palesemente sporchi. In fondo al letto, inoltre, c'era una coperta ripiegata sporca con macchie ambigue. In camera mancavano anche gli accappatoi per la piscina, promessi da un cartello interno.
Bagni non all'altezza: Spazi ristretti, finestre con spifferi e un phon a muro economico da 3-4 stelle. La doccia ha solo il soffione dall'alto e il getto non è regolabile in potenza.
Foto ingannevoli: Le immagini su Booking sono artifatte per far sembrare tutto più grande. La piscina è piccola, l'idromassaggio interno è minuscolo e perennemente affollato, mentre la jacuzzi esterna era vuota.
Gestione avida (da "pezzenti"): Tutto in camera è a pagamento, fatta eccezione per due misere bottiglie d'acqua da 0,2 l. Le cuffie per la piscina, obbligatorie e di normalissima fattura, vengono fornite solo a pagamento. Inoltre, la reception si rifiuta di ritirare un ordine food delivery e aggiungerlo al conto; se forzati a farlo, applicano un assurdo ricarico del 20%.
Colazione scadente: A prima vista abbondante, ma la qualità reale è bassissima. Pane e dolci (es. bomboloni) erano vecchi e duri. Il livello complessivo, già non eccelso, è crollato ulteriormente il secondo giorno.
Scarsa attenzione al cliente e al lavoratore: Avevamo chiesto in anticipo una camera silenziosa per riposare a fine viaggio. Risultato? Stanza al quinto piano su una strada ad alto scorrimento rumorosa. A questo si aggiunge la mortificazione del personale: il cameriere del caffè è obbligato a indossare un ridicolo travestimento (cappellino e borsetta) per somigliare a Juan Valdez. Se non si rispetta il lavoratore, non si rispetta nemmeno l'ospite.

Nota per la direzione: Evitate la classica risposta in cui lamentate che non ho segnalato i problemi durante il soggiorno.
