El circuito hídrico es bueno y la habitación amplia. El servicio del personal es amable y dispuestos a colaborar. El desayuno buffet tenía opciones.
La ventana de la habitación 506 deja filtrar el ruido de la calle porque no sella totalmente al estar cerrada. No sale agua caliente de la ducha por más tiempo que se espere, sale apenas quitada el hielo.

Ubicación un poco alejada. Faltan opciones sin gluten en el desayuno y personal informado sobre celiaquia

Me quede tres dias y dos noches y no hicieron aseo en ese tiempo, no hicieron la cama, no cambiaron toallas y no nos recargaron el jabon, shampoo y en general las cosas de aseo, el lunes ya no teniamos disponible jabon
El agua de la piscina estaba fria para mi gusto
Solo nos dieron una tarjeta de llave, lo que limito nuestra estadia en el hotel
El sabado hubo una fiesta, la cual no tuvo control el sonido, y haste el piso vibraba, igual los vidrios de la habitacion
El domingo bajamos a desayunar a las 9:00 AM y ya no habian huevos, tampoco caldo y nos toco hacer una fila de mas de 10 personas para pedir huevoas al gusto que se demoraron en preparalos 20 minutos

Falta de personal en la piscina, y la piscina un poco sucia. No hay orden y se torna estresante.

Las habitaciones no son insonorizadas, el restaurante no fue el mejor en desayunos, una vez que puse la queja me movieron a un restaurante mas exclusivo en donde si hacen bien su trabajo.
