Horarios informados para el uso del spa y demás espacios no se cumplieron, personal muy grosero y mintiendo en la recepción sobre la capacidad del hotel, reserva para segunda noche informaron que no tenían y booking me informaba otro cosa, reservé siempre por la app
There wasn't anything positive that stood out to me.
Too many things to mention. Don't let the "spa" or pool pictures fool you. The amenities were all overcrowded, the water in the pool was an awkward, barely warm temperature, they don't let you in the pool without a swimming cap that they charge for (I've traveled to over a dozen countries and NEVER been forced to wear a cap), and I could go on and on. The room smelled musty, and was very cold. The included breakfast was a disorganized mess and nothing tasted very good. Honestly, I've been trying to block out the experience from my memory. It was my honeymoon and we tried to make the best of it.
