The location.
At check in the receptionist denied receiving my message I’d sent previously explaining I had mobility issues and would require such facilities. We had to lift my mobility scooter into the main door avoiding the step. He took ages checking us in, finally he gave us our room which wasn’t disability friendly nor was the bathroom.
At breakfast, we’d explained we hadn’t intended to eat but changed our minds. The girl was very unprofessional making us feel like we’d come in off the street to eat breakfast for nothing. She went to get her colleague who also behaved in such manner, to the extent my husband had to tell them to leave me alone.

We needed a hotel near the station because we were arriving from the airport, and the next day we needed to continue traveling. It was great, very functional. Everything we needed was there and working.

Breakfast was excellent and it was easy to walk a short distance from the Cornavin Geneva train station to the hotel. Free public transport close to the hotel made the stay easy. Some nice restaurants nearby and the lake a 10 min walk away.
The hotel is in a good strategic location. Also the breakfast quality is in a high level.
The room had an unusual and unpleasant odor, which made the stay less comfortable than expected.
