La posizione, l’architettura del palazzo.

Cons:

Servizio non all’altezza del prezzo pagato. Sono stata tre notti: il letto non è mai stato rifatto e mi hanno spiegato che se c’è qualcosa appoggiato sul letto (es. pigiama) le cameriere non toccano nulla. Ho preso atto della regola che non conoscevo e che non mi era stata comunicata. Dopo la seconda notte non è stato pulito nemmeno il bagno e alla sera ho trovato la camera esattamente come l’ho lasciata. I vetri della camera erano sporchissimi. Capisco che qui piove spesso, ma il vetro interno, che non prende pioggia, era pure molto sporco. Come si vede dalla foto questa sporcizia è incrostata da mesi. Stiamo parlando di una camera costata più di 300 £ a notte. Follia.

я бронировала в июле стандартный 2-х местный номер. с жд станции можно доехать на автобусе, пройтись немного (5-7 мин) пешком. в отеле есть один просторный лифт, однако у входной группы (с главного входа) есть 5-6 ступеней.
номер очень просторный, уютный, светлый, комфортный. есть все необходимое: чайник с разнообразием чая и десерта, гладильная доска с утюгом, отличный фен.

матрац отличный, подушки не совсем удобные.
ванная комната просторная, светлая, все чисто.

на завтрак из кухни выносят по запросу/меню. свежих овощей и фруктов нет, но голодными не останетесь. есть разные десерты, несколько видов варенья, огромная банка нутеллы.

в комнате не было кондиционера, но в июле месяце в этом прекрасном городе он и не нужен. в номере было много разного освещения: можно было комнату сделать светлой, а так же создать полумрак.

сотрудники вежливые и приветливые.
окна номера выходили на главную улицу и не было слышно никакого шума. только утром мешал крик чаек, но это вопрос к фауне Эдинбурга.

Cons:

не было холодильника и воды, хотя это стандартный, а не роскошный минимум.

Overpriced and under maintained.

Cons:

Stained pillowcases, hairs, toenail on bathroom floor, room carpet didn’t appear hoovered, these issues were put right but it’s basic housekeeping, that shouldn’t get in the way of your stay.
£266 for superior king, but bed couldn’t be used as king as there was no mattress topper so the mattress zipper could be felt through sheet.

Posizione ottima per poter raggiungere comodamente a piedi il centro. Essendo una struttura storica è molto bella e caratteristica.
Colazione ottima.

Cons:

Mi aspettava che la stanza fosse più pulita e mantenuta in modo migliore, richiederebbe un pochino di attenzione in più. Ho chiesto, secondo le istruzioni indicate in stanza, due volte il cambio di alcuni asciugamani che avevamo usato e che erano molto bagnati, ma per tutte e due volte non è stato fatto.

Ottima posizione, vicino al centro e alle fermate dei bus. Struttura pulita
Buona e abbondante colazione. Staff gentile e disponibile.
Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli senza costi aggiuntivi prima del check in e dopo il check out.

Camera spaziosa e super silenziosa, letti comodissimi. Con una piacevole passeggiata di 10 minuti si raggiunge facilmente il centro. Personale top, all'arrivo abbiamo segnalato un problema con il bollitore che è stato risolto prontamente, grazie mille! A pochi metri dalla struttura un comodissimo van blu in cui 2 simpatici ragazzi italiani preparano squisite pizze!

Cons:

Rivedrei la pulizia della stanza, la moquette dovrebbe essere pulita quotidianamente con cura.

La ubicación,a 13min andando de la Royal Mile. Cerca de todo pero sin el agobio del centro.

Cons:

La falta de limpieza en las habitaciones.
En una de las habitaciones además teníamos un sofácama que era muy incómodo, pedimos que nos lo cambiaran y nos subieron una cama plegable sin poner las sábanas y con el colchón sucio.

The Leonardo Edinburgh City is in a good location.
Pros:

The location was good. It was about a 15 minute walk to Edinburgh Castle, and also very near the University of Edinburgh main campus. Our room was quite sizable for a hotel in an old building in this part of town.

Cons:

Decor and furniture was a bit dated, and the lighting in the room was poor. It also needed some more storage options
