Great location and incredibly friendly staff

Cons:

The quality of the breakfast, mainly the Scottish breakfast was not nice. The lady on the breakfast staff was incredible though and really made the stay

Great hotel for a couple of days visit
Pros:

Easy access, spacious room, nice bathroom, excellent location, friendly staff. Bed was really comfortable.

Cons:

Not saying it is not clean, but if you ask for something to improve, I would say cleanliness. The bed was clean that is for sure. I believe Carpets have been cleaned professionally time to time, maybe our visit was just before another cleaning cycle.

Personal sehr nett im ganzen Hotel, auch beim Frühstück, wir würden wieder dort übernachten
Pros:

der Empfang war immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr nett bedient und bei Fragen geholfen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Extrem große Zimmer mit allem was wir brauchten. Sogar Teeauswahl, vor allem der Früchtetee war sehr lecker

Cons:

Bei der Zimmerreinigung wurde nicht gesaugt, ansonsten war es sauber
