Lovely stylish hotel.
My room showed some little age signs
Location is excellent with an amazing view of the riverside. Room is wide and clean. Pool and gym are not in the main building but one can access with a card. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Prémices are a bit outdated but still keep the mark of excellence
Bed is not very confortable .
Breakfast is relatively expensive.
I love Canary Wharf - enjoyed the parks and canals nearby. Easy to get into the centre with several public transport options, incl. Uber boat. The room was large and comfortable. The bed is massive! The bathroom was also really large, both with a tub and a shower. A bit retro design, but I didn't mind; overall in good conditions. The spa is in a separate building, accessible through the garden; but is a lovely pool, right bu the Themes, with view to London.

Falta de organización: el primer día me dicen que el desayuno incluye un plato caliente, el segundo día que ya no lo saben, y el tercer día que nuestra reserva no incluye desayuno. Un despropósito que al reclamar lo arreglaron, pero lo primero que hizo un empleado fue decir que no teníamos razón. Eso hay que cuidarlo, que es 5 estrellas. Y el desayuno no es buffet, te lo sirven ellos. Prefiero desayuno buffet de muchos 4 estrellas.
Location right by Canary Wharf jetty. Riverside views. Spacious bathroom. Access to a great pool, hot tubs and sauna facilities.
No tea making in the room, not everyone likes coffee. No USB charging points - had to buy plug accessory - even Travelodge provide these - just case of swapping the sockets. Had to ask for bedside light to be fixed twice. Also, milk for the coffee machine was not automatically replenished.

The stay was amazing, first time I booked this hotel, and the experience was beyond my expectations, staff were soo welcoming, complementary drinks were giving, I will defiantly be returning again and would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing calm time.
Also I booked a massage at hotel and me and my husband had the best massages ever.. I booked a couple treatment and was a amazing... I want to thank the therapist Neringa & Rasq who were very kind and made the experience amazing!! Thank you.😊😊😁😁
The hotel is conveniently located in Canary Wharf with easy access to the underground station (5-10 minutes by foot). The room was large, comfortable and equipped with all the amenities one can expect from a high end hotel.
The room was comfortable and clean but perhaps a bit old.
We stayed on the 7th floor. The view was okay with a decent view of Canary Wharf. The room was spacious looked lovely. The storage was more than enough and bathroom was very nice too and clean. The bed was large and very comfy. The hotel lobby and areas were clean and also really nice.
For a 5 star hotel and the price we paid, we came across a few issues. In the room there was bits which had wear and tear like lamps not working and peeled wallpaper. We did not have basics like a hairdryer or normal sized cups to have coffee and tea. Around midnight on one of the days we tried to order food. I had to call the recpetion in which we was told someone will contact us. After an hour I had to ring again with the staff member seeming quite rude. Eventually I ordered a dirty burger, although I fancied something light I asked for eggs and toast in which we was told they have no eggs so I just ordered a burger which came with an egg. The food arrived very late with no cutlery or napkins which was annoying. After this we was reluctant to call for room service which made us put off requesting items etc. On the following day, I must have forgot to put the do not distrub sign up when a cleaner arrived. Whilst we was getting ready to go out, the cleaner who I think English was her second language walked past me into the room and said she had to clean eventhough I said this was not a good time. After a good few times she eventually left. After that when they did finally clean they took my partners face cloth which were clearly different from the hotel cloths. In which I then had to ring and ask for them to be returned. A staff memeber came to the room and gave us replacement ones as the others had been lost. It is not something I would expect for a 5 star hotel and for the price we paid. It just made the stay uncomftable and annoying at times.
Value for money for sure, good facilities (pool, gym). Food good - even on lonely mondays. Proximity to both canary wharf and city great.

夜間早朝（24:00～6:00）の時間帯はロビーがクローズされています。
喫煙者ですので早朝の外での喫煙がしづらかったです。
（宿泊室内は禁煙）
又、近くにスーパーが無かったことが少し残念です。
（徒歩10分ぐらいにはあります。）
