Agreable découverte
Pros:

L'hotel se situe dans un quartier calme , proche transport en commun . Le personnel est adorable et attentif à toute demande . Un grand merci à Sindy qui s'est occupé de notre check in . Les chambres sont spacieuses et la vue est incroyable .

Cons:

Une bouilloire dans la chambre ne serait pas de trop .

Excellent, but hot
Pros:

We were upgraded to a suite, which was amazing.

Cons:

The AC in the suite was not working, on one of the hottest days of the year
We had 2 small children with us, who were finding it difficult to cope in the room. No windows to open
Despite reporting the issue several times, it was not resolved. We ended up requesting a fan, and was finally delivered one fan for the whole suite at 1am.

Cons:

Kamers zijn goed maar zo langzamerhand wel toe aan een update. Waterdruk op hogere verdiepingen was vrij slecht.

Really helpful staff and sorted room extras brilliantly.
Very close to bars and restaurants but still out the way.

Cons:

Whilst location was good overall it felt like it was a hassle to have customers . Customer service very lacking and not

Room was not ready on arrival after 4pm . Porters took our bag on arrival when allocated a room took a further delay in getting bags particularly when going straight out to a concert. Staff unfriendly , unwelcoming. Complimentary drink was given but when requested the bar service had to re-enable with reception to confirm authorisation. Lack of management/ leadership on duty it felt. Receptionist was adamant that pre authorisation had not taken place I remain sceptical . It was done twice x £150

Cons:

No tea making facilities in the room . On wake up next morning we had to go and ask for a take away tea - apparently we should have asked for tea making facilities in the room ! Doesn’t need a lot just a kettle/ 2 cups and tea bags ! Milk and sugar already in the room for coffee machine .
