La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. En pleine crise de canicule, c'est une honte que l'hôtel ne l'ait pas signalé. La nuit passée dans la chambre, avec une température insupportable, était exécrable.

È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questa struttura, dopo tre anni dalla prima. Mi spiace dire che stavolta non mi sono trovato bene. Il condizionatore non funzionava e la camera era un forno, peraltro in un periodo in cui l'intera Francia era stretta in una morsa di caldo, quindi non si può dire fosse un fenomeno improvviso. Il tecnico è intervenuto (due ore dopo la mia segnalazione); ho assistito all'intervento ed ho potuto vedere con i miei occhi che il filtro del condizionatore era totalmente intasato, sporchissimo e pieno di polvere (e di batteri che il cliente respira quindi!) per questo non usciva aria; il tecnico lo ha semplicemente rimosso, l'aria ha iniziato a uscire, ma poca e per niente fredda! In conclusione, non ha risolto nulla, nemmeno nei giorni successivi. Ritengo che l'estrema sporcizia di quel filtro sia una cosa molto grave, anche per potenziali rischi per la salute. Per quanto riguarda il "fresco", per fortuna poi il caldo fuori è diminuito, altrimenti avrei dovuto cambiare albergo!

La tessera elettronica per entrare in stanza, ad ogni mio rientro la sera, si smagnetizzava e dovevo farmela riattivare. 

Molti canali TV non si vedevano.. ho dovuto fare una nuova sintonizzazione, da solo.

I ragazzi alla reception erano molto gentili ma poco utili.. l'impressione è stata che la proprietà/direzione dell'albergo fosse molto assente e poco vicina ai clienti, lasciando ogni bega a quei ragazzi, che sembravano desolati di non poter fare nulla 

La struttura presenta piccoli iniziali segni di "decadenza" in generale e, seppur non sia messa male, trasmette una generale sensazione di "potrebbe essere meglio".

La colazione non è male ma nemmeno eccezionale.

Pas de clim !!!!

Though the extreme heat wave was expected at least one week before it arrived, the air conditioning throughout the hotel was broken down and not even a fan was provided for more than a few rooms. If it was not a busy week and it would be possible to find another hotel, I would definitely not stay even for one night.
The non-functioning air conditioning panels are full of dust and when you try to use it as a fan, you should take into account breathing all that dust in your lungs.
Furthermore, else than the reception, there was no manager to talk about this. The reception staff were kind but there was nothing they could do in the absence of their bosses.

La carte de chambre qui se démagnétise dès que l'on sort de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner avec du pain qui n'est pas frais, la climatisation tout juste fonctionnelle et très bruyante.

Wie schon erwähnt, übernachte ich in diesem Hotel nicht zum ersten Mal. Mindestens schon 7-8 mal war ich da
Es ist leider in die Jahre gekommen, was sehr sehr traurig ist
Duschen Armatur hängt, ist auch total abgenutzt, so das der Chrom kaum noch vorhanden ist, die kleine Löcher sind nicht mal notdürftig geflickt, Ecken und Kanten sind beschädigt, Abplatzungen im Waschbecken und Badewanne, Klodeckel wackelt
Teppichboden muffelt. Fön wird bald sein Geist aufgeben. Die Kochplatten in der Küche sind extrem abgenutzt.
Das Hotel hat zwar 4* aber mehr als 2, höchstens 3 würde ich nicht mehr geben.
Eine kapitale Renovierung braucht das gesamte Gebäude und Innenausstattung, dann wird es wieder glänzen. Von mir aus, bin ich auch bereit mehr für die Nacht zu zahlen. Das Hotel hat viel Charme und super Lage. Europäische Viertel ist in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Tram und Bus sind in der Nähe
