Ils nous ont beaucoup aidé pour organiser notre mariage dans leur hôtel et ça fait vraiment très plaisir d'avoir des surprises à son propre mariage sans se soucier de l'organisation. Ils ont vraiment été super
Pour ma mère c'était son premier voyage a l'étranger elle a vraiment beaucoup aimé surtout les animations proposées par l'équipe qui déborde d'énergie toute la journée

Mi è piaciuta molto la struttura, la pulizia, la gentilezza e la pazienza di tutto lo staff. In più la posizione dell'hotel è comoda.

Tout d’abord, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment idéal, à quelques pas de la marina. Nous avons pratiquement tout fait à pied : la marina, la plage, les promenades et les alentours. C’est très agréable de pouvoir profiter de tout sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture.

La plage est très agréable sans route à traverser et la piscine excellente. L’ambiance de l’hôtel est également très sympathique et conviviale.

Un autre point très positif pour les familles : les adolescents y trouvent facilement leur compte. Ils font rapidement connaissance avec d’autres jeunes et forment naturellement des petits groupes pour passer du temps ensemble. C’est vraiment agréable de voir les ados s’intégrer facilement et profiter pleinement de leurs vacances.

Mais surtout, nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse, la disponibilité et le professionnalisme du personnel.

Un grand merci à Abdelkader et toute son équipe à la réception, toujours accueillants, souriants et disponibles.

Un immense merci à Hedia du service réservation, qui s’est vraiment démenée pour nous trouver une chambre afin que nous puissions prolonger notre séjour. Nous avons énormément apprécié ses efforts et son implication.

Nous remercions également notre femme de chambre, qui était vraiment adorable, agréable, souriante et très professionnelle. Nos chambres 4082 et 4084 étaient parfaitement entretenues.

Amazing service with free drinks for kids and adults anytime. Beautiful hotel with breathtaking views next to the beach. I loved watching the sunrise every morning. The rooms were very clean and tidy and less noise at night. Staff were helpful , especially one of the waiters who saved our table every meal. Loved the Zumba classes as it was fun and a good workout. Great night entertainment for kids as we were family and my sister had a little baby and she had a wonderful holiday and everyone adored her. Was affordable price for family holiday package from love holidays. It would be great if baby meal options could be added something soft and kids meal friendly apart from that everything else was amazing and the country is safe and welcoming to the tourist and hardworking people

As a solo woman travelling I really appreciated how helpful and caring the receptionists and guest relation (Mohamed Aziz) were- they helped me with every request and recommended places to visit. Even the cleaning lady was super nice, even tough we didn't speak the same language, we managed to understand eachother :D the whole hotel seems well maintained and clean. The only thing to improve is not enough waiters during breakfasts and dinners.

Had a lovely room 4165 with beautiful view of both sea and pool, food was ok , all staff were great and animation team did excellent job celebrating my birthday, good location.

This hotel complex is beautiful. It’s a big resort but never feels impersonal or too vast. Its well located for the marina and medina, and has easy access to a lovely section of beach. The pool is huge and never felt overcrowded. Sunbed reservation is a thing but staff will always be helpful and try to find you space if it’s busy. That’s a huge plus here- every member of staff is working so hard to provide the best holiday experience: right from the bar and entertainment staff to the waiters and cleaners. People stop to talk to you and remember you by name. Always helpful and polite.
The place is immaculate, and you can tell the whole team is really well managed because it’s all working like clockwork at all times of the day. Cleaning staff have genuine pride in making the spaces (inside and out) clean and tidy.
There is a good range of activities and facilities for all ages but nothing is too intrusive either if you just want to relax.
Rooms are clean and spacious with lots of storage. The water isn’t very hot and the air conditioning could be cooler but these don’t take anything away from the positives.
The food is varied and well cooked. The restaurants and dining areas are clean and well staffed. Everything tastes nice but we were craving simple grilled meats to have with salads etc. The emphasis is more on fish it seems. I think maybe it’s just a more international cuisine and personal choice on our part which is fine.
You will have a lovely stay here. I would return- thanks to the whole team.
