Belle semaine au soleil et détente absolue !!!!!!
Pros:

La piscine super avec de la bonne musique varié et agréable. La taille du lit et notre contact dans l'hôtel Cyrine et le personnel de manière général très agréable.
Beau et bon buffet parfois de l'attente pour avoir certain plat (frites, pizza)

Cons:

Manque de transat et de parasol autour de la piscine et à la plage. Oreiller trop gros. Qualité des boissons du all inclusive vraiment bas de gamme pour l'alcool et trop trop sucré pour les sans alcools.
Beaucoup de déchets sur la plage devant l'hôtel malheureusement je pense que c'est partout en Tunisie.

Fantastic experience
Pros:

Great place to spend vacation with family, the staff were exceptionally fantastic and friendly, special thanks to Cyrine and Halima for their help and hospitality. The pool and the bar was heavenly and unique. Will definitely visit again.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, lift could be re-carpeted but otherwise everything was great.

We had an amazing time and treated by the staff like royals. 😊
Pros:

The location and the staff. The staff are amazing and very helpful. They do above and beyond for the clients.

Cons:

The facility is outdated. the carpet of the lift is too old and smelly. Some of the toilet doors cannot be locked. The food is the same every day. if you are staying for a week, you eat the same food for 7 days.

La piscine et l'accueil à la réception.

Cons:

La nourriture n'était pas bonne du tout et le personnel au restaurant sont aux petits soins des groupes de vacanciers mais ils négligent les individus hors groupes.
Le manque de transat au niveau de la piscine, le.manque de matelas des transats au niveau de la plage.
Le bruit de l'air climatisé dans la chambre malgré les efforts du personnel de l'entretien et les dégâts des eaux la dernière nuit.

Absolument tout sans aucune difficulté à être compris ,écouter vos besoins et bien installé et tout à la portée de la main 🖐️ .de la plage piscine et à la réception c agréable d’y revenir et un bo point plus pour Cyrine de guest relation ainsi que le directeur de cet établissement qui mérite 5* et a été plus connu en Europe c la 2 eme ou 3 eme visite et c toujours aussi agréable merci de m’avoir donné du sourire 🙂 et oublier mes soucis c l’hôtel le plus conseiller à hammamet pourtant g fait des 5 * mais celui les veut largement ❤️

Lovely Stay, Disappointing Dining Experience
Pros:

I had a mixed experience at Concorde Marco Polo. There are definitely strong points: the hotel itself is lovely, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The cleaning team is fantastic — always polite and doing an excellent job. The pool area is also very nice, relaxing, and well maintained.However, the food and drinks were a big let‑down, especially for a 4‑star hotel, where the standard should be much higher. The cocktails taste like syrup, and the restaurant really needs improvement. Many dishes were too oily, others had no seasoning, and sometimes the food was unexpectedly very spicy. Some items weren’t even labelled, which made choosing food difficult.
Overall, the food quality was far below expectations and affected the overall stay.With better food and drinks, this hotel could easily be a great 4‑star experience — but for now, it feels more like a 3‑star stay.
