朝食が美味しかった
スタッフの皆さんが気持ち良い挨拶を常にしてくださった
17時、18時近くになっても、同じフロアの清掃が終わらず、居心地が少し悪かった。
朝食会場のテーブルセッティングで、前の利用客の未使用にみえたセットをそのまま転用したのか、利用済みのナプキン、箸が入っていない箸袋が置かれており、清潔なものなのか不安を感じた。４人がけで４人の利用で無ければホテルのレベルからも不要なカトラリーは席に案内した時点で下げた方が良いと思う。

朝食担当はフライングでも、親切な対応で感じが良かった。また、バイキングの種類も多く、味もおいしかった。
お風呂やトイレが広く、タオルも材質が良かった。
8/1からホテル名が変わった事をホテル側から事前に連絡がなく、ホテルを探すのに時間が掛かった。その事をマネージャーらしき人に伝えたところ、ホテル公式サイトから予約されたのかと言われた。ホテルの予約サイト、Booking.comで予約しているにも関わらず、予約の仕方が悪いような言い方で、ホテル側は悪くないとの言い方に非常に憤りを感じた。少なからず、お客様に迷惑を掛けた事をサービス業のホテルマンが直ぐに認めて詫びを言わない事に呆れた。最終的には、お詫びはあったが非常に気分悪くなった事に違いはない。その他にもチェックインも時間がかかり、事前にネットで個人情報を入力しているにも関わらず、再度、住所、氏名、電話番号を手書きで記入させられた。こんな対応しているから、今年の3月にホテル名が変わり、8月に再度、ホテル名が変わったんだと1人納得した。
ただし、その他の駐車場係やホテルロビー担当、朝食担当の人達は親切で感じのいい方たちでした。
ライブ鑑賞目的で宿泊しましたが会場迄徒歩数分の距離で立地は最高でした。高知城やはりまや橋など観光名所も近くて良かったです。
駐車場が狭くて隣接の立体駐車場やコインパーキングを使用されてました。車での外出や車内へ忘れ物した時は不便でした。

ロケーションも良く、空調に関しては前回宿泊(2021年)時より改善されたように思われる。
施設内のレストランが定休日であった。(月・火)
定休日は事前に掲載してほしかった。

A big old-style hotel in the center of Kochi, walking distance from the Castle and the lively Hirome Market. The room was relatively spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was reasonable. The valet service for overnight parking was very convenient.
Mineral water bottles in the room could be nice
