綺麗なお部屋に大満足！
Pros:

リニューアル後のお部屋はすごく綺麗で快適でした！
アメニティも充実していますし、ドライヤーの風量がすごく強くてびっくりしました！備え付けのハンドソープの香りも良かったです！
朝食バイキングは創作おにぎりなどあまり他の朝食バイキングでは見られないものもありとても良かった！ひろめ市場へも歩いて10分も以内で行けるので立地も良かった！

Cons:

部屋の空調の調節が自分たちではできない？？クーラーのリモコンが見当たらず、もしかしてフロントに電話して調節してもらわないとダメなのかな？
夜中もずっとクーラーが効きすぎてフロントに電話して聞けば良かったなぁと後悔…

朝食バイキングにカツオのタタキがなかったのが残念。以前はあったのになぁ…

立地も良く、リニューアルされたばかりでとても綺麗なホテルでした。お世話になりました。

スタッフの皆さんが気持ち良い挨拶を常にしてくださった

Cons:

17時、18時近くになっても、同じフロアの清掃が終わらず、居心地が少し悪かった。
朝食会場のテーブルセッティングで、前の利用客の未使用にみえたセットをそのまま転用したのか、利用済みのナプキン、箸が入っていない箸袋が置かれており、清潔なものなのか不安を感じた。４人がけで４人の利用で無ければホテルのレベルからも不要なカトラリーは席に案内した時点で下げた方が良いと思う。
