安定した、安心できる、JALグループならではのホテル
Pros:

新しいホテルではないが、日航グループのためスタッフの教育はちゃんとなされ、接客は良かった（一人除く）
部屋も家具などの経年劣化の傷みはあるものの不潔感不快感はなかった。
清掃もきちんとされ、気持ちよく連泊出来た。
朝食バイキングは多種で豊富。ただ、コーヒーマシンはイマイチ。

Cons:

早朝など外気は牧場の臭いがかなりするためか、ロビーでアロマを焚いているが強すぎる。2台のアロマリフューザーから強力に吹き出されるためロビーに数分いるだけでキツイ。弱くするか香りを変えるべき。
ロビーに背もたれソファがなく、全くくつろげない。
カフェ、レストランの年配の男性スタッフの言動、接客、応対が雑で印象悪かった。
ツインルームだが、部屋のテレビが壁掛けで少し小さいのが残念。

Cons:

帯広に滞在する際はたいてい利用しており満足していました。ただ、今回案内された部屋はカーペットの汚れ、枕・布団の臭いもひどく、上の階の足音も気になり快適な滞在とは言えませんでした。同じ上層階・部屋タイプなのにこうも違うのかとがっかりしました。

帯広で泊まるならここ
Pros:

場所が駅のすぐ隣にあり便利。　設備は少し古いがしっかりして重厚感があるし部屋がゆったりしているのでくつろげる。朝食のパンケーキメーカーとワッフル製造機があって良かった。朝食の　紅茶はRonnefeldtを使っている。

Cons:

朝食バッフェのレイアウトや係員(男性)のサービスがレセプションやルーム係員など他と比べて見劣りするのが残念だった。

回家的感覺。
Pros:
