Great location
Pros:

The price and location are hard to beat. The hotel literally sits just outside the station, barely a minute walk from the closest station exit. Price wise, it always beats the surrounding hotels.

Cons:

There's no on-site laundry machines, so you must walk a bit to the closet coin laundry. As for cleanliness, they make up and clean most of your room everyday, but they don't vacuum the floors.
