Niente altro di positivo da segnalare se non le.altre persone della.reception gentili.

Cons:

L'accoglienza alla reception il.primo giorno e' stata pessima.
La cosiddetta junior suite era fatiscente, interruttori rotti, muri scrostati, sedie rotte, frigo bar rotto, parquet rovinato, potrei proseguire con l'elenco, ma nulla a che vedere con la residenza di lusso descritta all'atto della prenotazione ( e pagata in modo corrispondente)

De locatie.

Cons:

Het bed: je ligt op de veren.
Geen thermostatische kraan in de douche.
Italiaanse stopcontacten, en na lang zoeken toch nog 2 standaardstopcontacten in de badkamer (!) gevonden.
Geen glazen, tassen of waterkoker met wat theezakjes.

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences We've Had
Pros:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The customer service was by far the worst part of our stay. The front desk staff were rude, unhelpful, and not welcoming at all. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests.
The hotel itself is old and poorly maintained. The rooms and common areas felt dirty, and the beds were very uncomfortable. The hallways were cluttered with old furniture, which gave the property an unkempt and neglected appearance.
Finding the hotel was also extremely frustrating. There was no clear sign indicating "San Marco Palace." Instead, only other properties from the same hotel company were listed, making it very difficult to locate the entrance. After traveling, the last thing guests should have to do is spend extra time searching for the hotel.
Overall, between the poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, uncomfortable accommodations, and confusing signage, I would not recommend staying here. There are FAR BETTER options in Venice.

Das Hotel war negativ. Die Preise sind extrem hoch. Eigentlich eine Frechheit!!

Excelente hospedagem no coração de Veneza. Tem minha indicação.
Pros:

O hotel fica "colado" na Piazza San Marco. Os funcionários são muito solícitos. O café da manhã é muito bom. O apartamento é grande, com 2 quartos, banheiro, sala de jantar, sala de estar e varanda. Muito boa hospedagem.

Cons:

As roupas de cama poderiam ser mais novas. Mas isso não foi um problema. De modo geral, o hotel é muito bom.

Pros:

Hôtel situé à proximité immédiate de la place St Marc., suite assez spacieuse, petit déjeuner excellent avec un personnel de salle très efficace et sympathique.

Cons:

Dans la suite coussins sales et tachés sur les fauteuils. la cuisinette n’a AUCUN équipement ni fourchette, couteau assiette, plats, RIEN. Dès l'entrée la femme de ménage m'a informé que la plaque chauffante ne fonctionnait pas... c'était faux, je le lui ai prouvé. J'ai demandé à avoir 2 verres en verre plutôt que des récipients jetables en plastique. Elle a refusé; selon ses dires le plastique c'est mieux! J'ai dû hausser le ton pour avoir deux verres... elle m'a signalé qu'elle ne les laverait pas , qu'elle n'en avait pas le droit??? J'ai demandé une casserole pour pouvoir faire bouillir de l'eau pour un thé l'après-midi... impossible. Je me suis adressé à la réception... impossible: "pour des raisons de sécurité" ??? je ne savais pas les casseroles italiennes dangereuses....Bref pas le moindre effort-pour répondre à une demande de client. Trop de touristes ne les incite pas à être à l'écoute. Structure peu accueillante à nos yeux avec des femmes de ménage à l'effort mesuré...
