Uncomfortable lumpy mattress and pillows. Room looking a bit rough around the edges, tired-looking. Bathroom sink cracked.

I liked everything about the property! It’s a beautiful building, surrounded by trees, flowers, peace, and quiet. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean and was a really generous size. The beds were really comfortable too. The staff were very nice too, especially the lady working on the front desk, who really looked after my friend and I.

Our room was absolutely beautiful and completely exceeded expectations. We stayed in the Park Lane room and would love to stay in that one again. So spacious, good facilities, clean and tidy and a beautiful aroma filling the whole floor.

Our 2nd room (2nd night) didn't match up to the 1st room at all yet I payed the same amount. The 1st room was double the size at least and many more facilities. It definitely done 'The Manor' proud in showing off their abilities.
The second room had some issues with cleanliness though and space etc (I would never stay in that particular room again given a choice) it completely undone everything about the hotel we had already experienced. Luckily the staff and Manor overall were amazing so it hasn't affected our overall stay.
