Bar and restaurant staff were incredibly rude.
Good location for concert at Wembley. Easily go to the station from here. Room was fine. Bit dated but it is a dared building so no concerns.
Wedding was on at the same time using the bar etc. was a bit rowdy and we felt like we had to gatecrash a wedding to use the bar… not ideal for the wedding or customers using the hotel. No food or drink as the all inclusive bar for the wedding took priority. Waiting on staff not the most approachable either so we just felt like we were a hindrance when in reality we should be allowed to have a drink and not to be told to move by the bride in a communal drinking space for all guests.

It was in this location and we had stayed before but this felt more like faded glory
The room was hot, little ventilation, not as clean as expected and the breakfast was rather minimal
