Pros:

L'hotel est tres beau, conforme au charme de la Toscane, tres bien situé pres de Sienne, central pour découvrir la Toscane, et avec deux bons restaurants. Bcp de charme, mais pas guindé.

I can't wait to go back. Best hotel in Tuscany.
Pros:

The property itself is stunning and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was larger than we expected with everything we needed and more. Both, the restaurant and the Bistro were amazing. Breakfast had a better selection than many other hotels in the region. Highly recommend.

Cons:

There is nothing not to like. Perhaps people with walking difficulties might struggle to the carpark and back. But, I am sure the hotel staff would help.

In generale la struttura è bella ma dovrebbe essere più curata
colazione e ristorante erano buoni

Cons:

La camera aveva un arredamento vecchio e rovinato
nessuno dello staff chiede agli ospiti molto rumorosi di abbassare i toni
struttura non adatta a chi cerca relax e silenzio ma più adatto a famiglia con bambini (cosa che dovrebbe essere segnalata)

Alles echt top top top. Personeel, faciliteiten, kwaliteit, rust, zwembad etc.

A wonderful relaxing haven!
Pros:

This place is a little slice of heaven! We had a wonderful 3 nights here with our 3 teenage boys. We loved the setting, the pool and the restaurant, boys loved the football and tennis courts. Super peaceful and relaxing, great location not too far
From some pretty towns. Super helpful staff. Wonderful!

Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.
Pros:

Le personnel est au petit soin et d'un sympathie exceptionnelle.
Le cadre évidemment est remarquable et très apaisant.
Les deux restaurants sont très bons et disposent de bons produits, de même que le bar.
L'organisation d'événements par l'hotel est également très appréciable.
L'hotel est par ailleurs assez proche de Florence, de Sienne et San Gimignano ce qui permet de visiter tranquillement la Toscane (en revanche voiture nécessaire).

Cons:

Nous ne captions pas (ni réseau ni Wifi) dans notre chambre.
Par ailleurs nous entendions malheureusement un peu trop les bruits provenant que la chambre à coté de la notre, ce qui a pu nous réveiller.

Pros:

Borgo davvero bellissimo; colazione sontuosa

Cons:

Materasso scavato nella parte centrale per l’usura; personale poco attento al cliente al momento del check out. Durante l’ora prenotata sul campo da tennis (pagata a parte) il personale per tutto il tempo ha aspirato le foglie sull’adiacente campo da calcetto creando non poco fastidio.
