Lovely stay in Tuscany
Pros:

The grounds and pool area are so beautiful, everything is so well kept in the area which makes for the best photos! The staff were super kind and the check in process was really smooth. We appreciated the on site parking as we had a car for our stay. The staff were also super helpful in getting us set up with a chrome cast that let us watch Netflix on the TV, this was so appreciated as we had a rainy day the day after check in so weren’t able to venture out of the room!

Cons:

Our room was a deluxe double room but it felt quite cramped for 3 people. The room was a double bed with a large in built wardrobe wall that separated the sofa bed on the other side, there wasn’t a lot of room for all of our suitcases and room to walk around.
It was also quite dark in the room and the lighting was a very dark yellow colour so it didn’t help when we turned these on. It didn’t really meet our expectations from the photos of the room configuration and we definitely expected more natural light.

Im großen und ganzen alles sehr gut.
Pros:

Lage war etwas für unseren Hund etwas eingeschränkt. Ansonsten ganz okay.

Cons:

Leider kein Kühlschrank der bei Booking com eigentlich beschrieben war. Wir hatten frisches Hundefutter mit und die Minibar war zu klein.
