Great and will definitely go back.
Pros:

Very nice, cozy and comfortable stay. Great staff , specially Asia in reception- she was very helpful and welcoming and made all the difference in our stay.

Cons:

I felt that the poolside bistro was overpriced.

Vale ücreti gibi saçma bir ödeme aldılar, otoparka kendimiz araba koymak için gittiğimizde kapı açılmadı ve mecbur resepsiyona gidip yardım istedik ancak vale hizmetinin ücrete tabi olduğunu söylemedikleri için her seferinde bizim hesaba 7 euro eklemişler.Diğer bir konuda kahvaltı çok zayıftı doyamadık, kahvaltıdaki bardakların içinden sinek çıktı 1-2 defa.

Nearly perfect, huge place with nice facilities
Pros:

Great area and facilities with big pool, tennis court and surrounded by nature. Breakfast was great and dinner was excellent, one of the best I had in Tuscany. Staff is very helpful, nice and very attentive. Especially the service at dinner was outstanding.

Cons:

The room I got was a bit of a bummer with only windows to the main smoking area. The AC is quite loud at night.

Schöne Zimmer. Großer, wunderschöner Außenbereich. Gutes Frühstück. Viele Aktivitäten wie Tennis, Fußball, Tischtennis möglich. Großer Pool. Genügend Liegen. Viel Personal, sehr freundlich. Grillabend sehr zu empfehlen.

Fehlende Schallisolation im Zimmer, Betten sehr hart, Restaurants mit immergleicher Karte und viel zu wenig an die Hitze von 35° angepassten Gerichten, nur 1x pro Woche Grillbuffet
