Everything was just ok except location

Nothing complementary from the house even coffee or water
No house keeping for 3 days in a row , only one pillow for each of us, when I asked for extra pillows the house keeper just threw two of them over the bed without even taking the garbage

Já fiquei em hostels melhores que esse “hotel”
Pros:

A localização é perfeita. Da para fazer muita coisa a pé.

Cons:

A cama de casal é terrível, ela faz um buraco entre as duas pessoas e você afunda. Um HORROR. A limpeza não existe. Eles alegam que é pelo meio ambiente, mas todos sabemos que isso é uma desculpa para um serviço preguiçoso e econômico. Se quer proteger o meio ambiente, plante árvores, não arrumar o quarto durante 6 diárias é um absurdo para um hotel. A porta do chuveiro é aberta nas frestas, ou seja, o banheiro fica SEMPRE molhado pq passa água. O ar condicionado NÃO FUNCIONA. Melhor ficar em um hotel de verdade e pagar mais um pouco. Não deixe as fotos enganarem, como me enganaram. Só fique aqui se for a única opção, sabendo que você vai se decepcionar. Pague um pouco mais e fique em outro. Não cometa o mesmo erro que eu.

Redelijk ontbijt. goede kamer met ruimte. Prima bed en douche.

Cons:

Personeel totaal niet behulpzaam. raar dat je koffie verkeerd moet kopen. Hotel is namelijk peperduur.

It's a decent place to stay if you're going to MBCC
Pros:

Excellent location. Great staff. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room was very small and didn't have a desk, wardrobe or small fridge. The shower glass doors didn't close completely, so a lot of water got into the bathroom floor.

Great staff, fantastic location and wonderful common area, but don't expect extras in the room
Pros:

Fantastic location and comfortable hotel with helpful staff and a large, welcoming cafe/bar and relaxation area that included free coffee if you joined the loyalty programme (free anything in Copenhagen is welcome!)

Cons:

Having booked a room for three people, we'd expected a bit more space. The roll out bed was great but it was placed in a regular room for two people so it was quite a squeeze. There was no small fridge, kettle for tea or even proper shampoo and conditioner, just an 'all in one' body wash hair wash. While these are not big things, they are the regular things you expect in a hotel of this size for the price you pay.
