Hostel pretending to be a hotel
Pros:

Central location and friendly staff

Cons:

Trying to dress up a self service backpacker hostel as a hotel. You have to do or find everything yourself and this all wrapped up in cheery, we are doing our best for the environment vibe when they are charging hotel rates for a YMCA.

Great breakfast, great location, ideal.
Pros:

This may be THE best buffet breakfast anywhere in Europe! Tasty and massive. And if you know how pricey Copenhagen is this is not nothing. The hotel was about a 5 minute walk to Copenhagen Central, near a fantastic thai restaurant and next door to a supermarket. The room was great, but the breakfast, wow! Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Basic food at the breakfast; room, especially bathroom is old and not fresh;
As well as not a customer oriented hotel, I had a business booking connected with the private one and had to change room ( to compact-as my business booking was) as ‘no standard rooms available”, but my colleague was offered an upgrade; and not even possible to get the new room faster, had to wait until 15:00- hard to believe that such a big hotel had no clean rooms earlier than 15:00. And they could at least save the cleaning, that is to be every 4th day, now they had to clean after 2 days as this was the length of the private booking.

Spełnił nasze oczekiwania.
Pros:

Bardzo dobre śniadanie, spory wybór różnych potraw. Miły personel. Nie dało się odczuć, że jest to dosyć spory hotel. Blisko komunikacji publicznej.

Great location, good value accommodation
Pros:

The property was clean, and comfortable. Very basic but comfortable. Quiet room and convenient location near the central train station.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little awkward. Tub/shower had big climb to get in and out.
