Reception war nett und auch der Parkservice.
Vieles. Das Essen war leider überhaupt nicht gut. Weder Abendessen noch Frühstück. Abendessen waren auch klassische italienische Gerichte und ich kam schon mit einer Erwartung das italienisches Essen in Italien gut sein muss. Es war dort nicht so. Frühstück war das Buffet immer leer. Man musste lange warten bis wieder aufgefüllt wurde und eher sehr kleingehalten das Buffet. Ich weiss nicht wie man auf 5 Sterne kommt bei diesem Hotel.

It's a very charming and elegant hotel with a beautiful interior. We had a large, spotless room, spacious enough for our family of five. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They effortlessly arranged for a pick up from the airport despite our 6 hour delay.
I had no complaints.
The location was perfect for us, right in front of a train station.

I wish spa area access hours were not as restrictive (I think it was something like 12 to 5), unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it as we explored Genova during the day.

Alles, eine rundum perfekte Erfahrung! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Die Betten sind ein Traum, ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen!
Ottima posizione accanto alla stazione e a pochi passi dal porto (noi avevamo la partenza crociera MSC il giorno seguente). Struttura molto curata, staff gentile e pronto ad ogni ns richiesta. Colazione ricca a buffet all'ultimo piano. Camera grande, terrazzino sulla piazza antistante la stazione, tv grande. Nell'insieme molto pulita. Piccoli rumori potevano provenire dall'esterno vista la trafficata strada, ma non ci ha disturbato affatto.
