I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one.

We specifically paid for a room with a TV, yet there was no TV in the room. We reported the issue to the reception desk and were told that the manager would be informed. Three days later, we still hadn't received any response or solution.

The hairdryer was also broken. After reporting it, we were told that the hotel was fully booked and they didn't have a spare hairdryer. Seriously? A hotel of this size doesn't have a single backup hairdryer? As a result, three people spent three days without a TV and without a working hairdryer.

We booked and paid for a room for three guests, yet the bathroom was equipped with only two towels. When we asked reception to provide the missing towel, we were met with rudeness and disrespect, as if we were asking for a favor rather than something that should have been there from the start.

The room had air conditioning, which would have been a great feature if guests had any control over it. There was no way to adjust the temperature or turn it off, leaving us stuck with whatever centrally controlled setting the hotel had chosen,either too cold or too warm.

The room also had a coffee machine, but not even a single stir stick or spoon. When we politely asked reception for a few teaspoons, we were once again treated with arrogance and annoyance.

To make matters worse, the room didn't even have a trash bin. We ended up buying our own garbage bags just to keep the room reasonably clean.

The only positive aspect of our stay was that the rooms appeared to be newly renovated. Unfortunately, nice-looking rooms cannot make up for the complete lack of basic amenities and the unprofessional, unfriendly attitude of the reception staff.

Almost every issue we encountered was minor and could have been resolved quickly with a little effort and basic customer service. Instead, we were ignored or treated as though we were inconveniencing the staff.

Habitació molt petita i sense armari, només uns penjadors. Semblava una habitació per dos però amb un llit extra, som dos adults i una nena, quedava l’espai molt reduit. Nosaltres només anavem a l’hotel per duxar i dormir, així que en vam tenir prou, però cert que es molt petita.
Esmorzar correcte, no molta varietat però bé.
