Cons:

Die Komunikation an der Rezeption war auf deutsch möglich. Allerdings ist die Email Komunikation nur auf englisch, auch das Checkinformular war nur auf englisch. Für ein Hotel in einer deutschen Stadt finde ich das etwas ungewöhnlich.

Don’t stay if you have a car
Cons:

They said we could park there for free but when we arrived they sent us to the public car park next door - they told us this would be discounted when we paid with a special card. When we went to pay, no one was at the car park to arrange the discount. There were three other people trying to do the same thing also staying at the hotel who were unable to pay. The receptionist made it clear to us that it wouldn’t be the hotel’s responsibility if we had to pay full price for parking- despite it being the reason we chose the hotel as its advertised on booking.com. We had to leave at 5am to catch our flight and indeed had to pay full price for the parking. Really disappointing.

Lovely practical hotel near the train station
Pros:

Very nice staff, good clean room and facilities, free coffee was a big plus.

Cons:

Location is close to everything but not too many really good restaurants or bars nearby as you're mostly near the train station tourist traps.

Étape confortable et calme près de la gare.
Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux, confort de la literie et de la chambre, petit déjeuner et le calme car notre chambre donnait sur le jardin intérieur. La proximité de la gare était un critère de choix pour nous.
