Tesisin yeri mükemmel, tarihi meydana ve bütün cafe, restaurantlara 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Hemen yaninda istasyona giden 1 ve 2 numarali otobusun geçtiği durak var, harika bir imkan!
Ayrica odalar çok temiz. 2 ayri oda tutmustuk, ikisinin büyüklüğü ve şekli birbirinden farkli, odalar gayet geniş.

Cons:

Temizlik ve konum dışında bir beklentiye girmemek lazim. Odamdaki buzdolabı çalışmıyordu, kasa bozuktu, kullanamadim. Kapılar zor kilitleniyor. Üst kattaki insan yürüyünce ayak seslerini bile duyuyorsunuz, ses yalitimi çok zayif. Ama yine de rahatsiz olmadim.

Staff very helpful and friendly, amazing breakfast, comfy bed and location excellent, within walking distance to everything

Cons:

The room was out the back and backed onto the smokers area. Suggest you reserve that room solely for smokers as wasn't pleasant plus the noise chatter from that area later in evening wasn't great

Good stay in an excellent location in central Bruges.
Pros:

Excellent location, right in the heart of the Old Town of Bruges.
Comfy bed and hot shower. A good base for exploring the city.

Cons:

The bathroom door was a sliding door which did not fully close. It was quite difficult to get any privacy, particularly when using the toilet!! Perhaps altering the door to at least fully slide shut would be better.
I decided to use the WC in the reception for some privacy, and noticed the waste bin there was full for the duration of my 3 night stay. Im not sure its being checked and cleaned that regularly.
There were some roadworks happening right outside the property that started up at 7AM - They were cutting and banging cobbles right outside the entrance which was underneath our window as we were on the front of the property. I appreciate that this is not necessarily within the Hotel’s control, but perhaps they could have requested that the work start later in the morning to allow their guests to sleep a little later while on holiday. It was not even acknowledged by staff throughout the duration of the stay.

- Parking en face de l’hôtel parfaitement situé

Cons:

- Voisins de chambre très bruyants car avec de jeunes enfants : hôtel plutôt destiné aux couples/familles avec grands enfants
- Travaux dans la rue en ce moment : difficile d’accéder à la zone

Très bon hôtel et bien situé. Un regret: petit déjeuner trop cher pour une famille de 5 personnes
Pros:

Très bon accueil. Personnel très disponible.
Chambre refaite à neuf. Hôtel très proche du cœur de ville. Hôtel très calme.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas pu profiter du petit déjeuner car c’est très cher pour une famille de 5 personnes (20 à 25 € par personne)

Helaas was het wel gehorig , we sliepen op verdieping 2 en daar hoorde je wel de bovenburen lopen.
Maar dat is ook je keus door voor een charmant hotel in oude binnenstad te kiezen
