Room was below average but the staff were amazing.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, very attentive and so acomodating despite being extreemly busy, all of the time.

Cons:

we had a Junior suite which had one small window looking out onto a scruffy back entrance. I fely it was the suite kept for last resort. This was confirmed when we found thst the long life milk had gone off!

Firstly the staff, none excluded were polite and very helpful. The were very well trained and it showed.

Nothing was too much.

Dinner was great and breakfast matched it.

We would definitely stay there again

Lovely
Pros:

It was my birthday and the lady at the reception with the European blonde hair was so lovely. She was so sweet and made me feel comfortable as I had a surgery done and was with clutches. She upgraded my room so I didn’t have to walk so far. I ended up paying for an extra night because the hotel meet all my needs. The swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna. Magnificent, I was also given a birthday card and that made me feel special. I will definitely be visiting again with my family and friends.

Cons:

The entrance to the swimming area and spa had no wheelchair access. Had staircase and I had to use that with my clutch. But it wasn’t so bad ..

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Our room was a disgrace broken chair 2 single beds put togethet to make a double no hot water tao working for a shower or bath the changing rooms to the pool were filthy and broken toilet doors i paid for breakfasts 25 pound each to wake ip and there was no breakfast only cold toast and cereal this place is a disgrace worst of all i went for my birthday and had such a bad experience also tried to say we were smoking in our room when me and my partner dont smoke once realised they made a mistake didnt give much of an apology dont bother wasting your money on here

Nice hotel with lovely grounds- but People really do make the place
Pros:

Well first I must state I’m not a hotel person but that wasn’t the case here it was like a home away from home. From the extremely warm and professional welcome from Iveta to Nicky and Lauren in housekeeping who were friendly and helpful.
I enjoyed a treatment by Beatrice while there which was lovely. Glen and Emma were amazing- honestly nothing was not too much bother. Breakfast was amazing I have found at times ‘younger staff’ can be less enthusiastic- but not here! Madison & Skye were personable, professional and such a delight!
My daughter had sat her exams and they left a beautiful card and two same cakes which really made her feel special.
Last but most definitely not least Ina- wow her warmth, helpfulness was second to none. Thank you all for showing the difference people make to a place. I was throughly impressed and thankful.

Cons:

The building is older so shows some signs of this- but still very nice. Also due to the age there was no air con and the fan was shockingly bad. No net curtains either so had to be drawn as not to be seen as our room was at the front of the house. But the warmth of the staff made up for these small imperfections.

3 Night Break
Pros:

The hotel staff made my solo dining experience this evening very comfortable. I opted for 2 courses which were very good. The staff at the hotel have been exceptionally caring and attentive during my 3 night stay.
A big thank you to Debbie on Reception . Rhys, Beth and Anna in the restaurant and bar. Also, Louise and Rohan the chefs.
Breakfasts at the hotel are particularly good.
And a special mention to Rhys who providef great service with exceptional courtesy and style.
