Brilliant stay at a lovely hotel with incredible staff and spa facilities.
Pros:

The staff were incredible from the moment I booked probably the best around. It was a lovely hotel very clean and a great room with nice grounds. The food was amazing and the spa is fantastic. Absolutely beautiful place with the best people working there.

Everything was perfect, apart from The Water in the swimming pool it was cold

I like the rooms so nice steam room spa everything was absolutely good apart from the swimming pool Water being cold that was offputting Apart from that everything was great, but we mainly came for the swimming pool

It was a short stay. The room was clean but the spa was far away/ not the cleanest pool.
Pros:

Room was comfy

Cons:

Pool was dirty there was hair and cobwebs and small flies.

I had to enter from the spa and there were so many stairs with my luggage

Excellent return visit and stay, highly recommend!
Pros:

Have stayed here before but a different room type, the room we had was lovely too.
Same friendly and welcoming staff, great food, and atmosphere.

Pros:

Fab place, restaurant food was exceptional and would stay here again any time.
Pros:

Very clean and tidy and lovely size room. Restaurant food was delicious and good value. Made a lovely gesture in the room as it was our wedding night.

Cons:

Only minor complaint was in the night 2 separate vans making deliveries making a lot of noise maybe room 18 and other rooms that back onto delivery area could be provided with ear plugs. As I said minor issue which may bother other guests who sleep light.
