2nd visit here. I wasn't disappointed this time. Staff just as friendly and spa facilities good. Spa treatment -facial was the best ! With the lovely Dove ! Restaurant - food was exemplary -we all enjoyed our meals. Rhys was our waiter and he was so lovely, and so friendly and made us feel so welcome !

We had a wonderful experience with friends for my ‘end of cancer’ celebrations. The restaurant was lovely and the food was exceptional. Rhys our waiter was so accommodating and friendly. All the staff were lovely.

Had a lovely time at the Hotel and SPA. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. The food in the SPA cafe and restaurant was delicious.
It didn't say on the menu, but they were able to make me a gluten free sandwich.
Special shout out the Rhys, our waiter in the restaurant. He made every effort to ensure we had an enjoyable time.

Wonderful experience so far with the welcome upon arrival, room, location and quality of service and the food …. I would like to highlight the excellent service from Rhys at dinner, he is a great ambassador for the hotel, brand. Attentive, personable and professional.

I came for a day conference, and I have to say the food being brought out for the the day was really good. I mean... delicious! The staff were also friendly and professional. Reception team, thank you for your kindness. Y'all, were very patient and that's huge for me. Sonia, you were also amazing serving everyone in the evening. Thank you, also, to everyone esle! I totally would recommend having a conference here. It's a lovely and clean estate. Differently great for small scale weddings and functions.

Wonderful spa break! Dinner was delicious and service from Rhys was exceptional very professional, curious and charming.

My wife and I had a great experience here. We had a relaxing day at the spa with a treatment each. I had a great massage and express facial from Holly - highly recommend!

The hotel stay was also wonderful and the staff were all so welcoming, friendly and accommodating.

Ivana on reception was immediately so lovely and helpful checking us in and showing us to our rooms. And she was so kind and friendly the next morning when we were checking out!

Rhys was our server at dinner and he looked after us beautifully. He was very friendly and attentive (also the dinner was incredible!).

Breakfast was great (we had the restaurant to ourselves as everyone else had already eaten!) Ben was our server and he was fantastic - also super helpful and attentive. Would definitely recommend the French Toast!

Yet again another wonderful experience at a Handpicked hotel. Delightful young lady on reception to an enthusiastic Rhys in the bar/dining area.
Food as always was superb and rooms so comfortable.

I went for a spa day with a friend Sun 7th June.
We have been several
times before over a number of years. We had a wonderful day, the afternoon tea was excellent.

Everything from the sandwiches to the scones were well made and the cakes were truly delicious.

We also both had spa treatments and found both our therapists to be excellent.
I would definitely recommend Beatriz.
One of the best massages I have had for years.

We had to get away early so did not stay for breakfast
