Guests are advised to reserve a table in the restaurant before arrival, in order to avoid disappointment. Woodlands Park Hotel hosts weddings and celebrations throughout the year. Disruption will be kept to a minimum.
Please note, for rates including dinner, a GBP 35 dinner allowance per person is offered.
The property has a limited number of dog-friendly rooms available, which are offered on a first come, first served basis and are subject to extra fees. A really nice quality traditional hotel, well-appointed smart and comfortable accommodation.
Breakfast for my wife was cereal, yoghurt and coffee, for myself a bacon batch and coffee. The charge for breakfast was £50, which I consider very expensive. The breakfast room was bright and attractive being well appointed with pleasant staff.
Reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - special mention for Ashyra
Slav and Tony deserve extra mentions for how well the evening meal went. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Special Kudos to the Chef for the main course of Stone Bass - worth visiting again just for that
But the dessert was disappointing in description and delivery. When a Gateaux is listed a Gateaux is expected, not bits and pieces with very little cake at all. Inspired by a Black Forest Gateaux would be a much better description!
Very friendly staff, great location, tasty food and a good price to quality balance.
The motorway is not that far, which was perfect for us (overnight stay), but if you spend the day in the gardens you might have some noise from there. Some details in the room could do with a small update, but overall excellent stay.

Cobham is een aardige plaats om rond te kijken. Vanuit Cobham zijn wij op de trein gestapt voor een dag London. ongeveer 45 min.
Directe omgeving van hotel is niet handig om te wandelen. Helaas ligt er langs de kant van de wegen heel veel zwerfafval.

Room was spotless food in restaurant was superb as was breakfast the next day.
We have stayed at lots of different hotels and the staff didn’t let us into our room until 3pm on the dot. Everywhere else we have been the staff have been a bit more accommodating if we have been a bit early. They kept saying all the time the room was not ready. Not one room until 3pm!! VThere was one receptionist who we found very sweet and helpful though.
Lovely grounds with outdoor games which my toddler loved exploring, very friendly and accommodating staff, good in-room extras.
Room was a little dated in places but that didn't bother us too much for our overnight stay and is expected of a manor house stay.
