Nothing - it was a great hotel
The upstairs restaurant was excellent but not open every night.
The pool was cloudy.
The rooms were very basic for a Marriot. We got upgraded but struggled to see the difference; it was explained that the difference between a superior room and an executive was a coffee machine.
Rooms were not cleaned everyday (they changed towels but not dressed the bed.
They hosted an advertised World Cup final event but didn’t put on the sound.
Staffs are very kind and helpful.
No complementary drinks and snacks .
Brilliant stay and wonderful vacation in Greece with a great property and team ! This was our first visit and wasn’t sure about what the experience would be like. But the team here made the stay a memorable one. Starting with Christine who helped with our request for connecting rooms, to the entire front office and service staff, tha stay was great. And while some of the reviews mentioned it being far from the action and city, recommend this property as it’s far from the crowd city, great for families with a hourly shuttle to the city and right across from the cultural center which was a magnificent structure and great place for morning jogs or walk with the family and always has some great events happening. Breakfast was 5 star, and our standard is tween the kids say it was great. Thank you team, will be back next time we’re here in Geeece. And the service team made some great reccos on things to do and places to east at, highly recommend the Arsebin Taverna which is a few minutes from the hotel.
Staff was good. And breakfast
The room was not clean, even we have asked to change the bedsheet, but they didn’t, or maybe they did but they are old and not clean. Need to be change otherwise not possible to go there again.
Also for a 5 star hotel needs to have stuff in bathroom such as dental kit, cotton swab, etc, but there was no, and they told us you need to request in order to put in your room. Same for shoes cleaning.

Well appointed rooms, welcoming reception staff. The hourly shuttle bus to Syntagma Square and back was very useful. Location to Pireus port and city centre very handy.
Very busy with American cruise ship tourists at the weekend, lobby looked like a busy train station, not enough staff to handle the sheer volume. Quite loud at night, with families using corridors as family space; young couples returning well into the early hours from partying in town; no consideration for other visitors. Cleaners loud on corridors during the day, more concerned with keeping the conversation going than efficiently completing tasks. For a five-star price tag issues like staff professionalism and adequate staffing levels need addressed.
I arrived very late (4am) due to a flight delay, the staff promptly got me a room with a late checkout. Much appreciated
