Location, clean, quiet, excellent breakfast
Bon positionnement géographique à deux pas du centre ville
Un beau buffet pour le petit-déjeuner
Cout du parking
We had a spacious room, comfortable bed, decent shower. It was peaceful and we slept well. The hotel bar was really smart and had a nice atmosphere. We didn't eat in the hotel, but over the road is the St George's Market (open Fri to Sun) where we ate breakfast during our stay. Hotel is a 10 minute walk to the city centre or Cathedral Quarter or Custom House Square (where we were attending a concert). Multiple buses have stops nearby, including the city sightseeing hop-on, hop-off bus.
Nothing, it was perfect. Would happily stay here again.

This was a fantastic hotel, I’ve stayed in many in Belfast and this was one of my favourites. Excellent location, beautiful room, delicious breakfast and most definitely by far the friendliness most professional staff I have ever experienced.
There isn’t anything myself or my children l didnt like
The parking garage was expensive on top of the hotel charges.

Parking next door. Staff friendly. Good gym.
Breakfast was disappointing. No pancakes for adults.
Bar menu had limited choice. It was expensive to stay there.
Reception stafff were great
Bar staff rude and ignorant beds too small. Paper thim walls especially when your neighbour is snoring all night. One of the worst stays in a hotel ever
Great location, clean, modern facilities, excellent breakfast. My kids loved the cookies.
We would have preferred adjoining rooms rather than 2 beds in one room for a family but this wasn’t an option we could find when booking.
