Proximity to venue and great room
Lack of choice on bar menu
The breakfast was fantastic. Loads to choose from. The breakfast room was perfect with view onto river walk. Very well arranged. Staff were very proffessional throughout the entire hotel from reception, lounge, bar and cleaning staff.
There was nothing dissapointed us and we look forward to returning in the future.
The location is excellent
The beds are far below zero, I had recover from a terrible pain in my back. The breakfast is not worth the money.
Hotel was lovely
Booked last minute as we were let down in our previous accommodation and got Booked in with the Hilton no problem. The receptionist was so lovely. But when we came back to the hotel in the evening the room next to us had a massive amount people in the partying screaming, shouting and banging. I phoned reception 3 times with no answer because of the noise. I ended up going down to reception and spoke to 2 staff members and explained about the noise and banging. One of them came with me and told me to go in my room and he would go to their room to try and stop the noise. I don't think he even went near their door as the noise kept going and never stopped. My husband and I got a couple of hrs sleep in the morning before checkout and that's not on when you pay £203 for a night to stay in a hotel. To pay that amount for an overnight stay with the amount of noise and no sleep is terrible. Not happy about it at all.
The hotel was adequate but not exceptional particularly for the price.
The breakfast was poor and utilitarian. There were insufficient coffee machines and cups. The food was and selection was ordinary.
The staff were not particularly helpful and reluctant to engage.
Everything about the property was perfect amazing hotel
Can’t say anything I didn’t like
Lovely hotel, staff, room, breakfast, executive lounge. Couldn’t fault it.
Check in was a breeze, if we needed anything it was no trouble.
Bed was fabulous, bathroom clean and everything what we needed.
Nothing.
Staff were very warm and friendly- nothing too much trouble- a query I had was instantly resolved.
Nothing
Our room was lovely and had a great view. Also the staff were great and did everything possible to make our stay a good one.
It was lovely to be able to bring our dog too.
Everything was great although maybe a designated area for breakfast with a dog would be good.
We had a wonderful stay and great value for 4 of us as my 17 year old and 9 year old had free child places. Not many places still accept 17 year olds as children so I was pleasantly surprised. This definitely helped in deciding to stay here. It’s one of the top hotels in Belfast and unbelievably one of the best value wise for two adults travelling with 2 free child places. We even included breakfast for a small extra charge at booking which saved us a lot if we had paid individually at the property it would have been £80 nearly for 4 full Irish, I think it added €30 to our bill at booking. I can’t forget to add the staff, location, room, food, cleanliness were all top class.
Nothing
