When we arrived we were given upgrade because of our anniversary that was nice
Not the hotels fault but on the last day at breakfast there was a large group of school children on a camp, not much supervision going on
The room was very spacious and comfortable. Very nice bathroom with good toiletries. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Perfect location to stay after seeing a show at The Waterfront Hall.
The food at breakfast was fine but not amazing.
The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly throughout our stay.
There were a few issues during our visit which meant the experience was not completely smooth. We had some confusion regarding a late evening food and drinks order.
However, what really stood out was the excellent customer support afterwards. The hotel responded very quickly, handled the situation professionally, processed the refund immediately, and communicated clearly throughout. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but good customer service makes a huge difference, and the team handled it very well. Special thanks to Aaron, Front Office Manager, for resolving the matter so efficiently.
I was surprised that there was no complimentary water provided in the room — something I would normally expect at this price level.
