Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a bite to eat in the bar, and the food was fantastic. The location was perfect for the event we had travelled for in the waterfront, as it is right beside it. Very short walk to the town centre and indoor market so its an ideal location.

Stunning room, great location , friendly and helpful stay easy access to the city centre

Cons:

Only one complaint was that the air conditioning unit was very loud and rattling but just chose to keep it turned off

Very friendly helpful staff, great location for a show in the Waterfront Hall. Breakfast was superb.

Cons:

The bulb in the bedside lamp was not working, reported it on checking out, no response from the hotel reception host. Would have expected that this would have been recorded so that the bulb would be replaced for future guests staying in the room.

It was a great location to visit Belfast waiting to catch a cruise ship
Pros:
