Almost everything.
The bathroom is small.
The hotel is located very close to the port and the old town. The breakfast is very rich, they have local products and you can find both sweet and salty things. They offer parking for 12 euros per day. The room is large, bright, cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly and tries to help you with any problem you may have.
The rooms lack soundproofing: you could hear noise from the busy street or from the neighboring guests. The pillows were too hard for our taste. The coffee at breakfast could be improved.
Delightful stay, and we regret only being able to stay one night. From the first moments in checkin, everything was so thoughtful. We even got upgraded to a better room and received complementary welcome drinks and snacks inside.
Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had- there were a crazy number of options and the staff were incredibly attentive.

Breakfast was AMAZING every single day. So many options and everything was delicious. The rooms were super comfortable and very quiet. Shower was great and always had warm water. Staff was absolutely amazing and super helpful 24/7 with any questions or concerns. Location was perfect - so many things within walking distance. And we had a rental car that the hotel always provided parking for. Truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.
The only thing that was a little different (to us at least) was we had to give our rental car keys to the front desk everyday in case they needed to move our car. I was a little concerned at first, but they took great care of the keys and car and it ended up not being an issue at all.

No pool
Location was excellent. The hotel is between the old and new city. We could even walk everywhere with our small kids. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was clean. There were crayons for children to paint.
Coffee in the breakfast could be better but not is not a big issue.
