Wonderful - Don't miss this Gem
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, clean and well serviced every day. Most of the staff we spoke to were extremely helpful. The concierge, Rosie, helped us put together a perfect itinerary for us. The location was perfect - restaurants, etc. were all within a short walk of the hotel and the ambience of the downtown area was great.

Cons:

Breakfast at Sweetie Pies was great, but it didn't open until 7am which was too late for us on several days. They would not allow us to use two coupons on the previous or following days.
The ice machine was out of order and some staff were great and sent ice over to our room, other staff gave the impression that it was an imposition and that we should go and look for ice in a different building.

Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff was very good and helpful. The food joints were very good.

Cons:

The toilet got clogged but housekeeping took note immediately.

perfect, high recommend.
Pros:

very nice property. great location. very clean. exceptional. great staff especially young doorman on our arrival. i think his name was Isiah. young Hispanic boy from area. sorry not exactly sure of name but he was extremely helpful and engaging.
The associated bakery was also great. highly recommend.

Once we were moved from an older room to a newer room with a functioning window and door, it turned out great.

I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Beautiful location on the river and the accommodations were lovely. The staff was so nice. The fresh pastries delivered to our room in the morning was such a treat
