Good location, very central. Love the hotel and the history and Jamaican cultural being displayed.

Cons:

We had to wait a long time to be checked in, Miss the previous breakfast option
Meal prices have increased significantly
Would have like the room to have a microwave.

Overall, an excellent and professional hotel with a relaxing vibe.
Pros:

Excellent, friendly staff who were hard working and accommodating. Very professional reception. Rooms were cleaned very well each day. Pool service was excellent. Property not too busy to enjoy yourself.

Cons:

I thought everything was excellent and I can’t recall any part of my visit as being anything other than very good and this includes booking transport through the hotel.

The only thing I would like to have seen are more Jamaican options for breakfast. You can have this, but it on a whole different paid menu. My relatives at a different hotel had great Jamaican breakfast as standard each day, which to some extent one of things that you go on holiday for.

My stay was fine but Kingston itself is not for me.
Pros:

The location and safety was on point.

Cons:

The cold rooms and bed sheets that felt damp due to the cheap fabric conditioner that they use.

Excellent!
Pros:

The staff and facilities are great, we did not have breakfast because of an early flight the next morning but we ate dinner at the restaurant the evening before as well as a drink at the bar before dinner, everything was excellent from the food to the service. The room was clean, neat and very spacious.

Cons:

I would like a slightly bigger container of shampoo and body wash in the shower, it was a very small bottle that you needed to squeeze while standing in the shower, other hotels have these slightly bigger bottles which are fitted onto the wall and these are just refilled as and when needed.

Cons:

I think the breakfast could have more options if Jamaican menu. This was only available through additional purchase. The breakfast options were more continental with very little Jamaican food choices.

This place was excellent, we will be staying there from now on whenever visiting Jamaica.
Pros:

All was excellent. Friendly, helpful staffs, great food, clean room/ bathroom. Well secured. We felt safe.

Cons:

The plumbing. Just a little smell in the bathroom now and then. Done get me wrong, the bathroom was very clean. The smell is returning up from the drain.

I liked the check in person he was friendly

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that Mr. Tumbo Haynes a representative over night find it hard to answer my question on the time the breakfast hours.
