Excellent hotel in good location.
Pros:

Downtown location not far from attractions. Very helpful staff. Well maintained and comfortable.

Cons:

Parking rather expensive and tight to maneuver.

Pros:

Chambre confortable et fonctionnelle. Lit et oreillers très bien. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et efficace. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du métro et du centre Bell.

Cons:

Chambre sur rue, même au 6e étage, très bruyante, la rue devenant un circuit de F1 le soir ou la nuit. L'éclairage extérieur de l'hôtel (spots en façade) se répercute dans la chambre, même avec les tentures fermées. Nous n'avons pas demandé à changer de chambre mais nous sommes certains qu'il n'y aurait pas eu de problème à le faire. Bref, nuits difficiles...

il personale della reception è molto gentile, Barbara è fantastica e insieme a Louis ti aiuta moltissimo a rendere il soggiorno molto piacevole.
La struttura è grande e bella, la camera grande ma i mobili non sono nuovissimi.
La posizione è nel centro nuovo della città, ma a causa del lavori in rue Sainte-Catherine praticamente intorno all' hotel non c'è niente, e le fermate della metropolitana sono a circa 800 metri di distanza.
la colazione non è inclusa e quindi non abbiamo provato

Pros:

Location was good. Staff were great. Room left something to be desired. Draped did not actually close to shut out morning light. Kitchen had utensile sets for 3, but did not have a sponge and dish soap at first.
Our first room, the bathroom light did not work. We had to get moved. Our second room, the one of the closet doors (on rails) was off and broken. We did not bother complaining about that. Beds were comfortable, shower had good pressure.

Cons:

Staying at the hotel gives you pool access, but no pool towels.
