Buen hotel en el centro
Pros:

Buena ubicación en el centro de Montreal, cerca de la estación de tren y de la parada de bus al aeropuerto. El personal fue muy amable y predispuestos ayudar con todo.

Cons:

Se agradece el servicio de desayuno pero lo encontramos un poco flojo en relación al precio.

Caução não estornado
Pros:

O local é muito bom, as instalações são boas.

Cons:

Eles solicitaram um depósito de 250 CAD de caução que foi debitado no cartão de crédito, além das diárias. Perguntei à pessoa da portaria e ela me disse que após o check-out seria estornado. Já se passaram 4 dias e ainda não foi estornado. Já mandei e-mail, mensagem pelo booking e não resolve. É um transtorno. Os outros hotéis que fiquei em Toronto no momento do check-out já entorna o valor debitado.

Pros:

I feel very secure because the elevator only operates with the key card. The shower facilities are excellent, esp. the showerheads! There is a water machine that lets me refill my water bottle for free! As well as an ice machine, which is really great in the summer. The staff is very polite and helpful; she explained everything clearly. And the room was very spacious.

Eine gute Option für einen Wochenendtrip, wenn man auch mal die Beine nutzen mag.
Pros:

Relativ ruhige Lage, trotz Hauptstraße vor der Tür. Man kann ziemlich gut zu Fuß los (ca. 30 min zum Mount Royal) und auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen. Easy vom Flughafen angebunden mit Buslinie 747. Sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer immer Top sauber gehalten.

Cons:

Die Badezimmertür war eher ein Designobjekt als dass sie wirklich funktionieren würde (eine Holzschiebetür). Air Condition wie üblich in Nord Amerika ziemlich laut, aber man konnte auch ohne die Nacht gut überleben.

Pros:

La grandeur du loft était parfaite beaucoup de serviette mini cuisine vraiment pratique très grande tv et le tout confortable .l'emplacement parfait a coté de tout les services bar épicerie restaurant.

Cons:

J'ai été extrêmement déçu par la fermeture de la piscine durant mes 4 jours si j'avais su j'aurais pris quelques chose dans un autre hôtel mon budget était très bon je pouvais me le permettre .
