Pros:

Staff was amazing and very helpful. Hotel was clean.
They had microwave in the rooms which was helpful.
Room had good moving space.
Soap, shampoo and conditioner were really good.

Cons:

The parking was a nightmare and exorbitantly charged. The gate wont open half the time. It was a nightmare entering and exiting the parking everyday. I paid 120$ for 4 nights for parking. I think i could have stayed in a better hotel for that extra money.
Dont understand why the hotels dont have a basic fresh cofffee available in the lobby. This is the least any hotel can offer.
The bathroom door was shitty and would never close completely. No privacy. If someone opened the main door they can see who is in the bathroom. It was sliding & would never close fully.
Wish they also had body lotion bottles fixed in bathroom. The tiny bottles are hard to use.
Fridge needs upgrade. Takes forever to cool things.

Our room was not very clean, Comcast didn’t work, pool hall was creepy and then the pool area you had birds flying over

Location, you need your room key to go on the elevator, cleaning staff was friendly

Cons:

It was dirty, pool felt like we were going to a dungeon, restaurant was disappointing, Comcast in our room didn’t work, bathroom door kept coming off and you could see in the bathroom with the door shut, half the plugs in our room wouldn’t work

Pros:

Room quality was good for 3 star property. Reception staff were all very helpful. Cheap, convenient and clean.

Cons:

The door to the toilet was odd. It rolled into place but didn't sit flush. People can here a see in through cracks. I recommend just putting on a normal door or fixing flush. Defo odd.

Odanın havalandırma sistemi bozuktu ve oda buz gibiydi.
Maalesef oda telefonundan kimseye ulaşmak mümkün olmadı ve bizzat resepsiyona gidip bilgi verdik oda değişimi yapılmadı yetkili yönlendirildi. Yorgun varış yaptığımız gece geç saatte bir de bunlarla uğraştık.

Excellent hotel in good location.
Pros:

Downtown location not far from attractions. Very helpful staff. Well maintained and comfortable.
