El 1 de mayo cheking el conserje conspicuo no amable la prioridad es cobrar estaba la tarjeta como caucuon nos manda al 2do subsuelo sin bajarnos las valijas no mando a ningun empleado a bajar el equiipaje .no hay ascensor en 2do subsuelo no avisa eñ conserje viene y abre cocherra acarreo el equipajex rampa al ascensor 1 subsuelo un desastre.el3 de mayo no hicieron la habitacion despues de pedirlo varias veces a la tarde recien la hicieron para esto se pagaron 414 dolares y 90000 pesos de cochera

Cons:

Estaba el ingreso al parking con un corte de calle fijo en el acceso, avisé que iba en auto, teniendo varios mensajes con el hotel, y nunca me avisaron del corte. No pude acceder, teniendo que estacionar en un parking a varias cuadras, que me complicó bastante por una situación puntual

Cons:

Mala atención del personal de recepción en general, demoran demasiado para cualquier consulta o para el ingreso o salida, suele haber una persona para realizar los ingresos y salidas y detrás de ella hay otro empleado sentado que solo se remite a mirar el monitor y nada mas.
Cada recepcionista te respondía algo diferente a la misma pregunta, ejemplo el solicitar un taxi o remis desde la recepción. El numero de whatsapp desde recepción lo responden siempre con demora y en el caso del room service, nunca me respondieron.

Peça em detalhes que atrapalham a estada.

Localização, apesar de uma obra em frente ao Hotel dificultar a chegada do Uber.

Cons:

Café da manhã de domingo não tinha absolutamente nada. Dois croissants e uma média luna Não havia mais nada. Sequer lugar para sentar. As duas atendentes totalmente perdidas.
Além disso, o quarto não tem controle da temperatura do AC, que varia entre 26-30 graus.
O terceiro ponto pessimo é o ruído do AC central, que é um zumbido permanente o tempo todo no quarto.
Finalmente, reservei o maior quarto, mas devido ao barulho do AC, pedi para ser trocado. Fomos trocados para um quarto teoricamente inferior, mas do mesmo tamanho. Ou seja, o site tem preços diferenciados para quartos iguais. Não caia nessa.
