It’s not a very good experience
Cons:

Disappointing about the housekeeping. We are family of 4 stayed for 5 nights. I suppose all the toiletries are prepared for 4 person and get replenished everyday. However, we need to call house keeping every day. E.g asking for more towels, no shampoo or hair conditioner or body wash. They were finished up on the 3rd nights. The last two nights, even coffee and tea not replenished, and just have two bottles of water. It’s not a very good experience.

Propreté, room service (le suprême de volaille était très bon), confort de la chambre, sauna et hammam, accueil du personnel.

Cons:

La piscine est normalement réservée aux adultes après 20h alors qu’il y avait encore des enfants bruyants. Je n’ai pas pu bien détendre à la piscine car le créneau piscine adult only n’a pas été respecté.

Chambre d'hôtel très confortable. Super petit déjeuner. Extérieur vraiment agréable. Le personnel est au top. La table de ping-pong est un plus.. On a l'impression d'être un peu en vacances

Cons:

Peut-être le fait de devoir réserver des créneaux spécifiques (et donc pas forcément arrangeants) pour la piscine quand on est avec un ado de 12ans. Cela reste compréhensible toutefois ! Donc pas super gênant

Abzocke bei der Touristen Steuer

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Kind im Alter von 12 Jahren im Hotel Pullman Paris Centre-Bercy. Das Hotel hat uns die Touristen Steuer für 4 Erwachsene in Rechnung gestellt! Die Touristen Steuer wird von der Stadt Paris erhoben und gilt für Personen ab 18 Jahren! Ich habe das Hotel aufgefordert, das zu Unrecht einkassierte Geld für unser Kind zu erstatten. Das Hotel zeigt KEINE Reaktion!!! Ich würde dieses Hotel NIEMANDEM empfehlen!!!

Cons:
