Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar area was lovely and prices were reasonable

Staff were very nice.
Rooms not serviced bins never emptied and room not very clean. Areas away from reception need better cleaning and maintenance we didn't have hot water to wash and shower in for one day.
The bathroom is held together with silicone. I paint peeling off the basin,. It’s looks old and broken. Toilets don’t fill. Shower was cold.. left it running 5 mins… no hot water. Breakfast totally budget. Watery eggs and sawdust cheap sausage.
The price was exceptional for the room
The entrance and downstairs were fabulous. A lot of taste in décor. Room was furnished beautifully. The bathroom was very clean but unfortunately no hot water in morning. We are aware that bathrooms are being refurbished one by one.
Mattress could do with a mattress topper or better mattress together with softer pillows. Very hot but we had a good fan which was super

Awful service overrun with bed bugs then accuse you of lying sending evidence to environment health DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
The outside is done really nice
Repeatedly bit in a room that had not been cleaned going to the doctors tomorrow and reported to booking.com. had future bookings here but cancelled besides myself to have come away from there like this! I guess it's a lesson learned!
It was clean and quiet location
The manager and bar man was so rude to our family, we attended a family christening and he was absolutely vile to the children and to us as guests, he was unprofessional and I will be making a formal compliant.
