Great location but Very tired and needs updating. Not worth the money
Bathroom had a rusty tap only 1 towel for 2 of us
It was in a good location for us
No lift for us to take out luggage up to our room
Needs a refurbish
Too hot and towel rail on permanent. No food drink.
Location
Needs TLC: worn and dirty carpets
Great location. Good parking. Great historical building.
The towel rail in the bathroom was permanently on , made it unbearably hot. The bathroom is a bit grubby. Cracked wash basin, the taps difficult to turn off properly so water drips/ runs all the time tile grout in shower nasty mold. Lack of attention to detail. Curtain needs re-fixing. Awful dated decor.
No sockets near the b led for charging the phone.
Noise from the road below l. Weirdly one window had secondary glazing, the other didn't!
Wasn't asked if everything was ok when I checked out.
Could be an amazing hotel.
Nothing
Very hot, no air con
Everything, period stain on the bed and all over the towels, no air con. Staff locked me out of my room
Lovely historic building in the centre of the town.

The location
Smelt stale, damp and musty.
No lift.
Threadbare carpets. Attic rooms with no aircon. No restaurant or food offering. Tired and in need of investment. Toilets in reception area unclean and 2/4 cubicles unusable.
Overpriced due to food festival in city.
