הגעתי לחדר קטן מאוד וחשוך מאוד
נורה אחת בשירותים לא עבדה אבל המזל היה עובד שיכל לתקן לי את זה
לאחר מכן גיליתי שהחשמל עובד לסירוגין ולא תמיד מטעין את הטלפון ובנוסף שעוד נורה לא עובדת, החליפו לי חדר.
בחדר החדש היה מדף *זכוכית* שלא היה מקובע לקיר טוב והיה שנייה מליפול עליי
גם המתקן של הנייר בשירותים התנדנד ובקושי החזיק
העובדת בקבלה אמרה שאין מה לעשות כי אין חדרים (ראיתי שיש עוד חדרים פנויים בבוקינג להזמנה לתאריכים שאני נמצאת בהם) ושהמנהל שלה אסר עליה לתת לי חדר אחר.
מלבד כל זה, היה שיפוצים בקומה וכל הזמן הסתובבו האנשים של השיפוץ ליד החלונות והרגשתי שאני לא יכולה לפתוח חלון כלל.

תודה רבה למלון על השהות הכי נוראית שהייתה לי.

Location is very convenient. At a 5 min walk from main station. Breakfast spread was delicious. Fabian at the reception was extra considerate and kind to give me a early check-in as complimentary.

Cons:

Washroom is too small.

Decent hotel in a great location - right across from Frankfurt main station but hotel is dated and needs some more clean

Definitely needed a deep clean. You could tell the walls were stained. It’s loud in the mornings.
