Hotel espetacular, tudo limpo, staff simpático. Camas muito confortáveis.
Breakfast was excellent and location was great. The fact that every time we want to go out, there was always a taxi waiting at the hotel and that was very helpful for us.
Staff at the hotel were very helpful and very friendly.
Spa facilities should be accessible for suite guests.
Room should be set up for the number of guests staying in the room (our room was only set up for two and we were four).

Las instalaciones son estupendas
Ciertas actitudes de algunos empleados del hotel. Solo en restaurantes y bar de copas. No gusto la actitud de 3 personas en particular
La piscina.
La ubicación de la piscina, era difícil de encontrar.
La cama ,y las instalaciones …piscina ,.. Gin ….desayuno …etc
Que mi pareja no pudo disfrutar del desayuno …. Solo yo 😢
El personal muy amable, habia cafe y calentador de agua para infusiones, toallas, jabon...la cama era gigante. Para ir a la Cartuja bien, aunque no hay nada más cerca.
Esta muy lejos de todo, hace falta andar o taxi para ir a cualquier sitio. Los lavabos y ducha estaban algo atascados. La ventana era hasta suelo y casi no se podia abrir. Por lo demas todo bien!
Amazing value for the money. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get pool time but also visit the city. Uber ride are great and takes only few minutes to get to the city.
