Just a little bit far from city centre
Très bel hotel, la proximité , le petit déjeuner varié , la piscine couverte, le personnel
Le canapé pour la 3 ieme personne n’était pas confortable, les oreillers ne sont pas confortables
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is a little far away. Hotel feels a little too big for my liking but overall a pleasant stay.
The staff were unfriendly .The first problem we encountered was parking . We were led to believe the price we paid 743 euros did include parking when we got there we found this was extra . we queried it with hotel staff who brushed it off saying it’s a different company this didn’t really deal with our complaint we would like a refund of that please .
And we had constant trouble with tea and coffee in our rooms it was never adequate giving us 1 tea bag and 2 coffees per day we complained from the start and it was only sorted by sunday of our stay ie by the 3 rd day .
Lastly on our final day we decided to have breakfast . we arrived at 10.15 am and were told to pay immediately we did at 46 euros ie 23 each . we were then told we had 16 minutes to finish and were constantly harassed to finish quickly we would like this refunded also please .

Le petit déjeuner et la piscine, la taille de la chambre très bien avec un bébé.
Nous ne sommes clairement pas sur un standing 5 étoiles. Beaucoup de points à revoir, en terme de qualité et services (4h pour avoir un lit bébé pourtant demandé en avance, et relancé 2 fois...). Pas de baignoire dans les chambres, literie pas très confortable.
