Pros:

Ter uma piscina mais calma, o hotel em si muito bom, os espaços comuns , decoração. Isla mágica a 200 metros.

Cons:

Embora acessível, fica um pouco longe do centro o que com o calor de Sevilha limita um pouco, ganha-se no sossego apesar da Isla mágica ser a 200 metros.

Hotel que se conserva a pesar del tiempo
Pros:

La atención del personal siempre dispuesto a ayudarte, la zona de piscina y el detalle del chocolate para mi pareja

Cons:

El baño es mejorable se nota el paso del tiempo, todo y que la limpieza era impecable

esperienza molto positiva, sicuramente da riconsiderare per altro eventuale viaggio a Siviglia
Pros:

colazione eccellente, staff e servizi ottimi, buona posizione per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città

Cons:

unica nota negativa il parcheggio non gestito direttamente dall'Hotel che ci ha creato qualche disagio per pagare ogni volta che dovevamo uscire con la macchina.

La ubicación y cuando tuve un problema con la habitación me lo solucionaron

Cons:

Que dejaran que se bañasen con ropa larga ( no de Bańos) en la piscina y no le dijeran nada .
Que el primer día que llego me pusieran en un habitación y se escucharan los motores pienso yo de los aires acondicionado del hotel y tuve que pedir me
Cambiaran de habitación ( lo hicieron muy amable ) para ser un Barceló de esa calidad .
Los precios tanto del restaurante y de las piscina eran excesivos

Overall a bit disappointed
Pros:

Location is great for going to Isla Magica

Cons:

Toilet seat was not cleaned when we moved in which I never experienced anywhere I stayed before let alone in a 5 start hotel
Also receptionist on arrival was not a bit welcoming and gruff if anything

Fin de semana en concierto y visita a la ciudad
Pros:

Muy cerca del estadio de la Cartuja fuimos por concierto y nos fuimos andando solo a 15 minutos, más cerca aún de Isla mágica, Salimos una noche al centro y nos fuimos en taxi.

La tranquilidad y la calma de él y la forma que nos trataron los trabajadores en todo momento

En la habitación el televisor no tenía wifi para el hotel de prestigio y precio que es la habitación cuando llegemos al hotel hicimos la entrada y tuvimos que esperar 25 minutos que terminó la persona de limpiar la habitación y encima llegemos y estaba abierta y ella limpiando , y cuando entremos tenía muy mal olor la limpieza y la habitación , olía como a no haberlo limpiado bien después d estar huéspedes allí , no tenía ese olor a lejía ni a limpio y más siendo el hotel que es , el cuarto baño estaba muy sucio era habitación de luxe premium y nos disgustó muchísimo no estaba limpio y se notaba por las fotos y el olor más todavía , hablé porque queríamos bañera y me encontré con la placa ducha y de esas condiciones iba con una menor no me gustó para nada la higiene , luego pagemos por cama grande no dos camas separadas y unidas como nos pusieron en la

Uma excelente estadia para o descanso que necessitava.
Pros:

A disponibilidade de todo o pessoal, os recionistas fantásticos. Já vou para este hotel á alguns anos . Sempre muito atenciosos. O pessoal da piscina também muito profissionais .

Cons:

Acho que os chuveiros dos quartos necessitam de alguma manutenção, e o preço do SPA exagerado.

Adorei , descansei era o meu objetivo.
Pros:

A simpatia de todos os funcionários, desde a recepção, aos funcionários da piscina e o de restaurantes. O rececionista sempre com muita disposição e amabilidade. Parabéns.

Cons:

Os chuveiros dos quartos necessitam de alguma reforma, os CLOCHEIS da CAMA, muito FRACOS e também tenho que realçar que o preço de algumas bebidas são exageradas , um copo de cerveja 7€ é muito caro , 1cafe 3€ também acho caro.
