JAMÁS VAYÁIS AL RESTAURANTE DEL HOTEL. SIRVEN COMIDA EN MAL ESTADO.

Cons:

Fuimos al restaurante del hotel por la noche que es braseros y nos sacaron pollo en mal estado que directamente tuvimos que escupir, así como una burrata en las estado y dentro de una guarnición de verduras había un trozo de papel de cocinar grande y hecho una bola.

Pros:

Beautiful resort. Everyone was very friendly. Room was super clean and was spacious.

Einfach und einfach herrlich, auch bei Regenwetter.
Pros:

Haben uns jeden Moment herzlich willkommen gefühlt, überall gut gegessen und mit dem Taxi immer in kürzester Zeit unsere Wunschziele erreicht.
Wir erhielten täglich genug frische Tücher und das Bett war uuunglaublich bequem!

Cons:

Habe ich alles persönlich an der Reception melden können und jedes Anliegen wurde bearbeitet. Also bleibt am Ende kein Kritikpunkt übrig.

Nicht zum Empfehlen
Pros:

Das wir unser Gepäck zwischenlagern konnten. Die Herren an der Rezeption waren alle sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Uns wurden leider nicht erklärt, wo wir den Spabereich finden. Es wurde uns leglich der Weg zum Lift zu unseren Zimmer beschrieben. Immerhin ist der Weg dorthin halbwegs beschrieben. Die Poolboys waren da auch nicht gerade hilfsbereit. Sind dann wieder gegangen. Außenpool war zu kalt und Innenpool zu klein.

Die 2 Lifts waren ein Horror. Sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Beim linken Lift knarrt es sehr laut. Man hat das Gefühl, der Lift würde jede Sekunde einstürzen.

Die ältere Frau an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich. Gottseidank haben wir nicht bei ihr ausgecheckt. Sie hat sehr schlecht mit die Gäste vor uns geredet.

Das frische Wasser was man unten in der Lobby kriegt, war sogut wie immer leer. An unseren letzten Tag haben wir bemerkt, dass andere Gäste deren Wasserflaschen damit auffüllen.

23.04.2026 für uns der zweite Tag an dem wir zur Feria de Abril fahren wollten. Dachten wir machen es wie ein Tag davor und steigen unten in ein Taxi ein. Hat davor ja super geklappt. Nur an den Tag als wir runter gingen, haben sehr viele andere Menschen auf ein Taxi gewartet. Kein Problem wir gingen rein und fragten an der Rezeption, ob die uns ein Taxi bestellen konnte. Der nette Herr an der Rezeption hat uns daraufhin erklärt, dass draußen ein Kollege steht, der dafür zuständig war Taxis zu rufen. Es sollten 4 Taxis bestellt worden sein. Draußen wieder angekommen, habe ich den Mitarbeiter (Herr mit Brille) höflich gebeten uns ein Taxi zu bestellen, weil wir uns gedacht haben es kommen nur 4 Taxis und es warten noch sehr viele Leute vor uns. Seine Antwort war: "I just can call a Taxi" und ist weggegangen und hat aber niemand angerufen. Weil wir im Ungewissen stehen gelassen wurden, haben wir uns selbst ein Uber bestellt. Der Uber kam sehr schnell, aber mit ein Taxilogo draußen. Nachdem wir das Kennzeichen gecheckt haben, wollten wir einsteigen, aber wir wurden von den Mitarbeiter und eine andere Gast (Frau) angeschrien, dass es deren Taxi sei.
