A lovely relaxing stay
Pros:

I loved the layout of the hotel, the room, the pool and the breakfast was outstanding. The outdoor bar was so lovely in the evening.

Habitación cómoda, ubicación y buen desayuno buffet

Cons:

La habitación cuando llegamos no estaba bien preparada, la parte donde está la cafetera y tetera no estaba limpia, dentro del cajoncito del café había un sobre de azúcar medio abierto, de los huéspedes anteriores, no olía a ambientador, ni a recién limpia, o sea lo habían limpiado muy rápido. Y la verdad que habíamos pagado más de 300€ por una noche con desayuno, por eso precio faltan los detalles. El personal del buffet se ve muy estresado, te recogen los platos apenas terminas la tostada en plan rápido, casi como para que vayas, a mí eso me agobia mucho, para un día que voy.

La habitación era súper bonita y la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas

Por la mañana teníamos puesto el cartel de no molestar. Llamaron a la puerta y entraron igualmente, nos molestó muchísimo ya que si pones el cartel y encima no contestas o no abres digo yo que será por algo

Pros:

Lo cogimos para ir a Isla mágica y agua mágica y fue todo un acierto, la cercanía es comodísima con peques. Además el personal es encantador y resolutivo, especialmente el personal de los restaurantes, siempre te atienden y no te meten prisa porque sea la hora d cierre, lo cual se agradece cuando estás d vacaciones y con niños hambrientos. Repetiremos seguro
