Excellent location very close to Oxford street but very quiet very good breakfast,

Contemporary hotel centrally located in Oxford St shopping area
Pros:

Good central Fitzrovia-Soho location. Linen and towels were fresh, clean and felt pretty new. Bed and pillows were perfect for me. White translucent curtains throughout the room were a unique aesthetic; a friend remarked it looks like a hospital. The Billiard Room with stained glass is a showstopper!

Cons:

Guest acid splash marks on the bathroom marble tile near the toilet and sink make it appear dirty when it is not. Reception area and floor corridors are pretty dark. I almost bumped into others in the hallway. I guess it's mood lighting!

Het was prima, maar we komen niet nog een keer

Locatie is goed, kamer ruim

Cons:

Oud en versleten. Het hotel is ernstig aan vernieuwing toe. Jammer, want je ziet dat het ooit een mooi hotel is geweest. Nu is echter alles oud en vies… zeker voor het geld dat je betaalt

Was a pleasant stay. But the hotel could do with an update in places
Pros:

Location was great,the room was fine,but the decor was abit bland

Cons:

Had to wait 45 mins for an iron to be brought up,even with two phone calls, had to go out in creased outfit in the end 😱 as didn’t arrive in time. Pool table although looks great had broken baulk cushion making it not great to play on. Breakfast selection is weak, not to have full English or bigger selection for the price of food.

A recommended hotel; overall, I enjoyed my stay there.
Pros:

1. The breakfasts are excellent !
2. ,The hotel's location is excellent: a 5-minute walk from Oxford Street and another 5 minutes to the underground stations and It is located on a quiet street.
3. Good service from the hotel staff.

Cons:

1. The room lighting was too dim, especially around the mirror.
2. The faucet is too far away.
3. The safe is too low.
4. There is no small fridge.
