Fantastico - oltre le aspettative
Pros:

La camera pulita con tutto quello che serve.
Comodissimo il noleggio delle biciclette e la possibilità di fare yoga sul rooftop.
Si attraversa la strada e si è a south beach dove è possibile avere lettino ed ombrellone.
Struttura storica ben tenuta, è andata oltre le mie aspettative

Hotel muy cómodo para disfrutar de Ocean Drive sin renunciar al descanso.
Pros:

Habitación muy acogedora, espaciosa y cómoda. Situado en Ocean Drive, pero a la distancia justa para no escuchar el ruido de los bares por la noche. Las hamacas y sombrilla incluidas cada día en la playa son una gran ventaja.

Cons:

La piscina es muy pequeña, y en verano está demasiado caliente. Por lo demás, un acierto.

walking distance to the beach, close to CVS and walgreens for convenience, walking distance to some restaurants

Cons:

was charged for extra things and they never even sent a receipt, received a surprise charge to my bank account, my booking was also cancelled because my flight was delayed despite that i informed the hotel i was going to check in due to a change in my flights, it took almost an hour to fix the cancellation and check in, the place is also dirty for a hotel with grime and mold in the shower, the tables weren’t cleaned in my room when i got in, the hotel AC also barely works, this place felt more like a 2.5 than a 3 star hotel

Wir hatten eine super Zeit im Balfour Hotel!
Glücklicherweise bekamen wir Upgegrade und hatten ein noch cooleres Zimmer.
Überhaupt hat das Hotel ein sehr schönes Interior. im Retro-Contemporary Style.
Taylor, der Hotel Manager war so lieb und gab uns sehr gute Tipps zu Restaurants und Bars. Der Strand ist gleich über die Strasse. Liegen und Handtücher sind inkludiert.
Ich freute mich über den Steamer im Zimmer.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

De ligging is prima. Centraal bij Miami Beach

Cons:

Het personeel was bijzonder onvriendelijk (met uitzondering van de man die de nachtdienst had). De bedden waren van zeer slechte kwaliteit en er was geen privacy in de kamer omdat het raam uitkeek op de centrale binnenplaats (en dus andersom ook)

Lovely location and cute place.
Pros:

Close to the beach and many attractions, very calm neighborhood yet close enough to nightlife for a good time. Cute hotel

Cons:

The bathrooms were a bit old, and the facilities could get a little fixer upper, but it’s still overall nice.

Good 2-night stay but a little too much money for what you get.

The location and staff was very good and friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom door was almost off it's hinges and would not close. Ceiling looked unfinished. Bathroom had no towel bars to hang towels.

Our stay at Balfour Miami Beach, a Registry Collection Hotel, was exactly what you hope for when you book a Miami escape. The hospitality team set the tone immediately, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Julie deserves a special mention. She went above and beyond to make sure my mom and I were comfortable from start to finish. Those thoughtful touches and kind check-ins made all the difference.

The newly remodeled side strikes a perfect balance. Clean, modern design layered with that classic Miami Art Deco feel. It feels fresh without losing character.

Location is spot on. Easy access to everything, yet calm enough to relax. The beach setup is seamless. You arrive, have a welcome drink, settle in, and the day just unfolds.

If you want a short stay that feels easy, welcoming, affordable, and well cared for, this is it. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t realize before booking is that the hotel has two distinct sides; one more original Art Deco and one recently remodeled. It would have been helpful to know this in advance when choosing a room. (Shared pics from the older room of the bed & bathroom, remodeled room just the bed & space.
