Balfour Miami Beach, a Registry Collection Hotel

Rengøring ved poolen kunne være bedre.

* Our room on the 3rd floor smelled musty and damp throughout the stay. Upon check-in, the bathroom floor was dirty, there was hair rolled up in a corner, and there were stains on the bed linen.
* Housekeeping seemed very minimal — mostly just making the bed, replacing towels, and refreshing the coffee station. Floors and bathrooms were not at all cleaned, toiletries were not checked or refilled if empty, and on our last day the room wasn’t serviced at all.
* Having a kettle in the room would be helpful, especially for guests who do not drink coffee and may simply want hot water.
* There are no wall hooks anywhere to hang wet towels or clothing.
* While the bathroom itself is spacious, the sink is extremely small and the shelf above it protrudes awkwardly, making it very easy to bump your head while washing your face. There’s also very limited space for personal toiletries and no mirror in the main room.
* The walls are thin and you can hear movement and peoples conversations. This has been the case in every room we have stayed
* The biggest issue happened during checkout. I discovered that in addition to the daily deposit hold, I had also been charged again for the full stay due to what was described as a “system mess up,” despite already paying in advance before arriving in Miami. I was not informed about this at check-in. The front desk response felt very nonchalant, no apology was offered, and I was simply told the charge would be refunded with a handwritten note. I’m still waiting for this to be rectified.
* The hotel has charm and the renovated lobby area looks lovely, but our room specifically felt quite outdated. My previous stay here was much better, largely because of the room type we had. This time, the damp walls and musty environment were concerning, especially because mold is a health concern for me.

הייתה הרגשה שסידרו את החדר בזריזות כשהגענו.. החדר לא היה כל כך נקי.. לא החליפו נייר טואלט והיה חסר סבון נוזלי במקלחת (אמרנו להם ועד היום האחרון לא מילאו) התאורה בחדר ללשה בטירוף ולא ניתן לראות כמעט כלום. בנוסף לא היה לנו קו טלפון כך שלא יכולנו ליצור קשר עם הקבלה.
היה לנו מנקה חלונות בשעה 7 בבוקר (כך שקיבלנו השקמה לא נעימה) הןא דפק על החלון שלנו כ40 דקות , ניקה באגרסיביות את החלון. פיצו אותנו עם ארוחת בוקר.
בנוסף פחות התחברנו לבריכה - היא ממש ממש קטנה ואין מקום לכל האורחים. אז אם אתם מחפשים מלון לשהות בו בבריכה זה לא המלון.

El lobby muchos mosquitos

La chambre nous a déçus : lits inconfortables avec matelas affaissés, grille de ventilation sale et salle de bain beaucoup trop petite. La piscine est également vraiment minuscule.

O quarto dessa vez tinha vários problemas. Número 327. Um barulho constante vindo da ventilação, que parecia uma pessoa roncando 24 horas por dia. A porta também estava com problema e precisava de um empurrão para trancar. Uma das cortinas não abria, estava travada.

The room that we stayed in had a known problem with the bathroom sink, where the mount was coming off of the wall. Also, not enough shelving or counter space (no counter at all) in the bathroom for toiletries. The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as desired. Even though most of the hotels in the area were high priced because of location to the beach, this was a bit overpriced.
