My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence was one of the most wonderful hotel experiences I have ever had.
From the moment of arrival, I felt a high level of luxury and genuine attention to guest comfort. The welcome was warm and professional, the organization was excellent, and all members of the team were extremely courteous, friendly, and dedicated to providing the best possible experience.
The room was outstanding in every way; spacious, elegant, and beautifully designed with every detail carefully considered to ensure comfort and relaxation. The beautiful view of the Nile added a special touch of tranquility and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional, and the attention to detail was clearly visible everywhere. The service was truly remarkable; the staff were kind, respectful, always smiling, and very responsive to every request. They made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our entire stay.
The breakfast experience was one of the highlights of our visit. There was a wonderful variety of choices, excellent quality of food, elegant presentation, and a beautiful atmosphere that made every morning a pleasure. The restaurant staff provided outstanding service and showed a genuine sense of hospitality and professionalism.

I like that it was next to a mall it has lovely restaurants and bar at the hotel... service was amazing
I wouldn't say it's bad but I think it needs a little updating... But it was clean and very nice
Best: The view of the pyramids and very good breakfast. Everyone was very kind and accommodating.
The pool cafe allows people to come and have food and shisha there, which makes it a bit uncomfortable for people swimming and tanning while being observed by fully closed people having dinner. A bit of a weird feeling.
It was an amazing experience from the staff warm welcome , the room , the spa , the food and especially the pool .
A remarkable mention to Hanane from aura restaurant a very respectful , dedicated and heart-soothing person always guiding to the best experience with her perfect smile and memory !
