I did not take advantage of the breakfast

Cons:

The only thing I could find wrong was that there was no full length mirror in our room. So it was a great place for our quick give a way

Good view bad customer service

Cons:

The fact that they kept charging our card proceeding after we had payed for our 2 night stay and they had the audacity to accuse us of not paying for me and my wifes stay. Until they figure out their system,we will not be staying here again. The guy was new and didnt know ANYTHING.

Pros:

I love how every room has a balcony right on the river! We actually saw a black bear twice! The river sounds amazing!

Cons:

Need more healthy choices at breakfast. The only hot food was bacon and eggs. I would love to see some oatmeal.

Pretty satisfied overall
Pros:

Loved the location, and the balcony offered a great bear and bird show. Breakfast was nice. The gentleman setting up those mornings, greatest personality.

Cons:

The carpet in the room was sticky. I couldn't take my shoes off and walk in the room. And I was supposed to have 2 queen beds and ended up with 2 full size beds.

Great, great place and decline
Pros:

The location was wonderful however, the staff was not the best. They were not very helpful and the premises were dirty. The trash had not been dumped on our floor since we’ve been here. Our room has not been cleaned. I had to ask for towels. Elevator had been dirty since we’ve been here. The only place that seemed to be very clean was the cafeteria Hilton did a wonderful job and keeping it clean. The rest was notgood at all we have been coming here for a couple of years now and the place is just declining. There’s trash outside the building. It’s not very inviting anymore. I also noticed that there is no smoke detectors in our room. hopefully management can turn it around. It’s such a beautiful area. It’s a shame to see it. Go downhill so fast.

Great location with plenty of room. Beautiful view. Will definitely consider a place to stay again when I come up here.
