Awesome stay!
Pros:

The staff were quite attentive. A very special mention to Chime who tried his very best to accommodate everything I needed during my stay.

Not an accessible hotel; very poor experience on multiple counts
Pros:

Location. Needed a hotel near Mississauga City Centre.

Cons:

Most everything else. If you have mobility challenges and have a vehicle, do NOT stay in this hotel. This is NOT an accessible hotel for people with mobility challenges. Upon arrival, we parked briefly by the front door and asked the desk attendant if we needed to check in before driving into the parking garage. We're told no problem, just go ahead and park. Once having parked, we discovered that: a) there is no elevator in the multi story parking garage; b) the only way into the hotel from the parking garage is via multiple flights of stairs and through a locked door that requires a room key to open it. Fortunately a hotel guest discovered us and let us in. The check in desk attendant was rude. The bathroom door was semi transparent so one good not use it in the middle of the night without flooding the bedroom with light. The bed was not properly made. There was no microwave and the bar fridge was hidden in a cupboard. Screaming in the halls at 1 am. All in all, one of the worse hotel experiences we have had in a hotel that was twice the price of the hotels we usually stay in.
