Convenient location near to MRT and food options

Cons:

The hotel was old fashioned and not properly maintained. The mattresses were torn and the lock was broken. The phone was not working.

Pros:

The staff and the care are great, the location is fantastic so close to Bras Basah Mrt and Bugis Junction and Bugis + facilities.

Cons:

I think the shower rooms need more maintenance as well as the walls in the room. I personally don't like carpets as well

save yourself the headache and book with another hotel.

Good location

Cons:

-First room we booked was unclean- visible dust all over the carpet and in the edges and corners, filthy sink and hair in the shower upon check in
-Cockroach was found in the bed of one of the two rooms we booked
-Musty smell
-Sink did not drain properly
-Staff did not handle complaints effectively and took many phone calls to reception to finally be upgraded to a room of an appropriate standard
-Our friends in another room had access to their room (which was paid for already) revoked with no warning. They went to check with the front desk staff and were informed that key card access was revoked because dye from the eye mask had stained one of the pillow cases. They were then ordered to pay $5 to regain access to the room. Found that very unprofessional as prior to them checking with staff, there was no sign on their door to inform them to check with reception, or even a brief explanation of the reason for the revocation of their key card access. They were left to repeatedly try open their room doors with no success.

Great location
Pros:

Very comfortable room with a great central location. Nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

While the lobby and common areas look very well maintained, the room itself looks worn.

A handy hotel close to the hub of Singapore.
Pros:

The location was excellent. We could drop in and out during the day while doing sightseeing, which meant we could have a quick shower, change clothes or have a nap.

Cons:

There was a lot of mould in the bathroom.
