The property has reduced services during the Christmas period. From 21st December to Early January the kitchen will be closed but a grab and go breakfast will be available if preordered the night before.

Bar 66 is open daily from 5pm - till late. Dinner is served from Sunday to Thursday between 5pm - 8pm. Please note, on Friday and Saturday the hotel operates a snack only menu, which is available 24 hours. Private parties are still accepted for catering. Should you wish to have dinner for 4 people or more, please kindly inform reception not later than 4pm on the day of arrival.
Full English and Continental Buffet breakfast available daily. Breakfast is served 7 days a week: Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 9:00am, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 10:00am.
Express Breakfast is available by request if required.

Lots of carparking and free. Friendly and helpful service, outside area to relax, 24 hour bar area. Chef accommodating to make a snack. Rooms clean. Air conditioning unit provided. Good price as was a last minute booking. We could relax in the garden area after check out, before our journey. A good stay all round and convenient to get to.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was efficiently served and plenty of choice. It was lovely to be able to sit outside in the garden as well.
Hotel appeared to be housing asylum seekers as well as paying guests , no description of this arrangement prior to booking , not what was expected.

Close to Knebworth for events. Welwyn city centre nice. Breakfast good. Adequate free parking.

Stayed here while attending Iron Maiden’s Eddfest and had a fantastic experience. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, kindly allowing us to check in early at no extra charge, which really got our stay off to a great start.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast was cooked to order, and the scrambled eggs were some of the best I’ve had in a hotel.
The hotel also has a fascinating history, having been associated with the 1966 World Cup and used as a base by various England football teams over the years, which was a nice bonus.
Friendly service, comfortable accommodation, excellent breakfast, and a unique bit of sporting heritage. I’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it.
